All I can say is Wow! Its tough these days to find the right company that you feel you can trust. After working with Paul and his crew, I feel that I can not only trust them... but by the time they left our house and the job was done, they felt like our family. Our A/C was in need of serious repair, and I was terrified to even get a quote. Iceberg put my fears to rest quickly and made us feel comfortable from the first phone call. The Mitsubishi they installed is top notch and should we ever need HVAC help again, we will absolutely be going to Paul and the crew at Iceberg. This company is professional top to bottom. Paul was respectful of the space from the first visit when he was assessing the apartment to offer an estimate. He was clear both in explaining the work and in all answering questions; he was never dismissive of even the smallest concerns. My apartment is in a pre-war brownstone co-op and he was very knowledgeable about how to make the system work in that space without causing any issues that would create disturbances for neighbors or be an eye-sore. Every piece of the project began and ended on schedule, and throughout the work the crew was friendly and kept our apartment as clean as possible. Paul was also immediately responsive to any questions via text. On the last day the crew made certain all of the equipment worked, that everything was clean and tidy, and that all of my questions were answered. Finally--and most importantly--everything looks and works wonderfully. Thanks to Paul and the crew from Iceberg.

I had a rather complicated problem with my Fujitsu Split Heating/AC system that Icebereg was able to resolve. This was my second service problem that was taked care of by Iceberg. They were responsive, reliable and got the job done!

I had a mini split system installed in my house. 3 units in 3 bedrooms. The company were very professional. They were very clean and put everything back just as they found it. I highly reccomend them.
I though at first that they were expensive, but when I saw the amount of work that was entailed, it wes reasonable

I could not be more pleased with the technicians here, they are very knowledgeable and professional. My air conditioner which doubles as my heat for the winter was down, I called iceberg, made an appointment, as promised they were on time and very quick with fixing my problem. I would definitely recommend them, and I'll never call anyone else again!
