Iceberg has been our go-to for years for both emergency AC repair as well as preventative maintenance. Their technicians are prompt, professional, and get the job done. They can be in high demand, so be proactive about scheduling well in advance. That said, they've accommodated requests for evening and weekend work (with an appropriate surcharge), when we needed a unit repaired ASAP.

Iceberg Mechanical is a godsend;. With rising hot temperatures, over the last five years, Iceberg successfully cooled my home with the installation of split level Mitsubishu ductless a/c and repair of Fujitsu ductless a/c. Paul the owner is quick to schedule appointments and provide a concise albeit lil pricey estimate. Linda's availability and experience with warranties saved me from financial woe and emotional stress. Iceberg's technicians are saavy and they work effortlessly and efficiently. Their open communication helps when you see your home in disorder-- but miraculously put back together with fine tuned finishing. No doubt, I can count on them to get the job done and have happily recommended them to friends and family.

From the start of my dilemma of a broken AC unit, old furnace, and new duct work being replaced, the professionals at Iceberg Mechanical handled each step of this process with great care and courtesy. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and how organized they were. There was zero disruption to my family.

Iceberg was an intricate part of my ground up 5,000 sq foot single family townhouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This was an extremely complicated 7 zone ducted HVAC system and it could not have gone smoother. They worked well with all the various professionals and subs involved. The system they installed has now been in for nearly a year and ZERO issues. These guys are as good as it gets, highly recommend.

These guys are total pros. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they installed our mini-split unit. Paul, Iceberg's president, was responsive to our questions and concerns during the entire process. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

I live in a brownstone, the installation was quite complicated but the staff did an amazing job and came up with unique solutions. Peter (the supervisor) was very helpful, and super responsive and the guys who installed it were very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy about it. The A/Cs are extremely quite, switching from window units to the ones they installed was a big life- enhancer at home.

Pre covid I had a problem with my outdoor condenser that was diagnosed by another company. They had two diagnosis
1) the motherboard needed to be replaced at cost of $2500
2) when i said ok to that, they said they couldn't get the motherboard and would need to replace the entire unit.

Iceberg was the company I originally purchased the unit from and when they diagnosed, it was none of the above. Could make simple, in warranty, fixes that would cost <$500. Then covid hit.

They couldn't come out but I stayed in touch with Linda for months. When they started work again, I was first on the list and it was fixed in one visit.
