After one cooling season it was time to get ready for the heating season, I called, they came in a timely fashion. Bret W. did a wonderful job and now we are ready for winter. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Annette and the office staff did a wonderful job. The onsite crew of Alex and Anthony were great to work with, and did a wonderful job of installing good equipment in a great way. The new equipment is quiet and effective. I am very pleased with the Trane furnace and air conditioning units that were installed.I know that my Wife and I will have many trouble free years in our now comfortable home.Thank you all very much, and rest assured that I'll tell all my friends to give you a try for their HVAC needs.

I had a 21 year old furnace, swamp cooler and hot water heater that was due for replacement. I used google and found Williams Mechanical which is a small local company located in Albuquerque. I read through their reviews and found them to be very positive. I contacted them for a quote which was provided by Chris. He hit the nail on the head as to what we were looking for in our price range. Mike and Bret came out when scheduled to remove the old equipment and install a new furnace, refrigerated air and hot water heater. They were very comfortable with me watching the process of removing the old system and installing the new. It was originally estimated to take 2 days to install. They were finished during the first day. After they left I noticed that 4 sockets in my kitchen were not working. I called Annette and she was helpful in recommending finding the GFI's around the kitchen. I told her that it did not appear to have power to the GFI that would not reset. The next day the electrician who had worked on my circuit breaker the day before came out and found a wire in the breaker box that he had disconnected that supplied power to the GFI that would not reset. Problem solved in very short order. The system I had installed has a variable fan that cools my 2 story house much better than my old swamp cooler ever did. I would definitely recommend this small locally owned company for any HVAC work.

When their technician was done faster than expected in a previous housecall, they moved up my appointment 2 days, and responded on the same day I contacted them. They are extremely customer service-oriented; knowledgeable; personable; professional; reasonably-priced; and they got the job done quickly, saving my household from what would've been a long, cold weekend. I highly recommend this company!

Williams was excellent. The Tech Nate explained what was going on with the refrigerant Air Conditioner. He explained basic operations in layman terms to be understood. Explained other scenarios related to air conditioners, new environmental regs, water heater info. He called a few days later to be sure everything was still operating properly.

I have been a customer since NOV 2014 and will continue using their services in the future. I love that this is a small, family run business! Their customer service is friendly and their technicians know what they're doing. I'm always pleased with their work and I feel like they go out of their way to work with us on schedule and they don't push needed fixes just to make money. They will honestly give you the information if something needs to be fixed or if it would be more cost efficient to replace a unit. Some companies will push for the fix now knowing that it's just a band aid for a near future failure. This is a company I recommend to my friends and family.

They did an excellent job installing 2 furnaces and a water heater The installers, Anthony, Bret, & Conrad were very friendly and competent, even staying late to be sure all was done right. The estimate was very complete, and there were no hidden charges. I will certainly use them again.

Excellent customer service. Quality work. They really care about doing the job right. The President of the company takes a personal interest in making sure the customer is satisfied with the work. There must be 100's of HVAC companies in Albuquerque, but I would choose Williams over all of them.

I won't do business with them again. They guarantee 100% satisfaction with their work, but that is far from the truth. I asked them to put in a simple wall heater. They selected the unit as proper for the application. I then find that it comes on during the night, heating a room that I am trying to cool down by opening a window. Turns out the heater has no on/off switch and is not recommended for installation on an outside wall, which is where it was installed. When I requested they correct the problem, they said I was responsible. Who is the expert here?

Williams Mechanical put in a Trane 20 system. Mike, Annette and Margery were very helpful with information for me to make a decision. Anthony and Bret were wonderful installers. They explained everything and were efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. This was one of the best decisions I've made.
