We made the switch from swamp coolers to refrigerated air, and these guys provided excellent service! Chris obviously knows the industry; he gave us very fair estimates, explained all our options clearly, didn't try to pressure us into any kind of decision, and even steered us away from a more expensive but unnecessary upgrade. They were flexible on scheduling the work itself, they minimized the disruption it caused in our lives, and they even scheduled their lunch break around an early afternoon appointment I had that day. We highly recommend this family-owned and well-run business.

June 2017 - Annette & Mike came out to access my needs. They listened to both me & my son (via phone) & made recommendations without trying to sell me something I didn't want. Having the owner & installer make the visit was a very pleasant surprise. Mike & Anthony showed up bright & early on the scheduled day - both scheduled days turned out to be the hottest of the year. They worked diligently both days of the installation in spite of the heat. They were quick, courteous & very knowledgeable. They were vey careful & left the site(s) clean & in great shape. I am very impressed with the work performed & the company in general & would not hesitate to recommend Williams Mechanical.

These are some of the best people I've ever worked with. Last summer Mike M and Bret M installed a brand new air conditioner and did a fabulous job. A week ago I had them install a new furnace which took all day due to the difficulty of the job. I want to say thank you to Mike M, Bret M, and Anthony V for making a very long and difficult day a very enjoyable experience. You guys had me laughing all day. My furnace runs great and we are warm and happy!

We are a brand new customer of Williams. We just had a new high efficiency heating system installed. We found the Williams staff to be professional and thorough. They did exactly what they said they would do and perhaps a little bit more on the installation. We are looking forward to seeing how our new system performs in the upcoming years.

Had Wms Mechanical come out 2 years ago for furnace service and filter change out. Found out this year that they had not replaced the filter 2 years ago even though payment was rendered! When discussed with them, do you think they would even give me a credit for the lack of change out? I mean, come on, it's only $10! But it's the principle of good customer service. Nope. They wanted to argue with me and refused the credit. Really? That is typical New Mexico customer service. I can't get that anywhere in this lousy state. Never again from them

This was my first experience with Williams Mechanical and I was very impressed. Nadine was friendly and informative about the different programs and pricing. Nate, the technician, was also friendly and professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of the results of my furnace tune-up. I would highly recommend.

Alex and Anthony just installed two mini-splits in our home. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very hard! Great HVAC service! The technician arrived right on time for the appointment. Jarrod had our heater problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hours time. He is the nicest guy and took the time to answer all my questions. Parts and labor all less than $100.

We had Williams Mechanical come out to look at our AC Unit that was leaking. I called in the morning, and scheduled an appointment after work that same evening. They main office told me what to do with my unit until they could come out, to avoid any further damage or issues, and the tech was promptly there when they said he would be that evening.

Their technician was extremely helpful and polite, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I appreciated them being able to address my situation in the manner they did, and would highly recommend them for any and all HVAC needs here in Albuquerque.
