I would like to commend Anthony and Alex who installed my new furnace and air conditioner. They were at all times very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They make a great team and are good representatives for Williams Mechanical!

Called Williams at 4:45pm in the afternoon to troubleshoot a Heater Problem I was having. Annette was quick to isolate the part I needed and get it on order before the supplier closed at 5pm. When I arrived to pick up the part, the staff there was friendly. I talked with Chris (the owner) who made time to explain to me what the system was doing, how the part that I was buying would need to be installed, and how I needed to handle the installation so I wouldn't cause premature failure down the road. I felt they went "above and beyond" to make sure I was taken care of.

My furnace failed during the holidays. Williams was able to get to me quickly and within a couple of days I had a new furnace! The new furnace flows a lot more air which was causing my a filter to whistle. Williams came back and for an incredibly reasonable price installed a new plenum for a much larger filter. The work was excellent and the technician was outstanding!!! I highly recommend this hvac contractor. I switched from Carrier (aka moving to Mexico) to Trane, a little bit more expensive but providing excellent made in America technology. Williams is a great contractor for hvac work and they sale outstanding American made equipment!!!

I found Chris though Angie's List, what a great guy. He understood our finances were tight and suggested affordable solutions to us. I hired Chris to get my furnace ready for winter. Now I have heat and an affordable options for air, next summer. I will be doing all of my business with Chris. He is polite, clean, knowledgeable. I wanted to replace my rusty swamp cooler and 20 year old heater with a completely new HVAC system. I chose Williams Mechanical because they (Annette and Mike) did not try to give me a sales pitch or waste my time in a 1-2 hour sales call. They looked over my job, answered questions, left a brochure, then emailed an affordable quote. I also chose Williams because they seem to have seasoned workers who work exclusively for them unlike some of the larger Mechanical businesses.

Just before the job was scheduled, I had some questions which Annette answered. The team (Alex, Anthony, Bret) arrived a little late for the job so I started to get worried. However, once they started the job, I stopped worrying. All crew (including Rian - electrician) were friendly and answered questions I had as the job proceeded. I had a couple of special requests like installing the compressor on the opposite side of the house and cutting a board to seal off the old swamp cooler vent on the side of the house. They did as I asked without complaint. If anything of concern was discovered during the job, a team member called me over to discuss the issue before proceeding with the work. They cleaned up nicely after the job.

After the job, I discovered an extra intake vent in my family room. The team came back to seal off the un-needed vent and also addressed a couple of minor items I found post-installation.

I recommend Williams Mechanical and plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

This is the 2nd time we've called Williams Mechanical in an emergency. Again, they came through. Our heater stopped working late afternoon on a Thursday when of course it was going to be the coldest night (19 degrees) of an extremely cold week for ABQ. They were going to put me on the schedule for the next morning but after some concern on my part they came down that evening. It was going to cost too much to begin replacing parts and due to the age of the furnace we agreed with the recommendation that it needed to be replaced. Bret M was the technician who came. He went back to the shop that evening and brought us two floor heaters to help get us through the night and was back the next day to install a new unit. It only took him 3 hours. He was knowledgeable, quick, professional and oh so neat! The owner even came that evening to discuss the situation with us. Now we are nice and warm with an upgraded Trane furnace which we are loving! Thanks Williams Mechanical!

I purchased a home with Fujitsu mini splits installed by William heating. Our electricity bill has been $600-$800 a month for a 2400 Sqft home. I talked with Annette and she refused to provide me with this installation history and information about our installation. We had to pay William heating $90 for a system evaluation. The tech showed up and didn’t even inspect our system. He heard a noise from the condenser fan motor going out. He spent an hour on the phone with Fujitsu to tell me what I already knew (the motor was making noise). I’ve had multiple estimates of $23-26k to come properly install a hvac system. So not only did the previous home owners get SCREWED by williams heating by having them install an insufficient system, we are now getting screwed every month trying to “cool” our house. $800 a month to get our home to a “comfy” 78-80 degrees! Beware. My swamp cooler worked better! Wouldn’t ever ever ever recommend they come install a system.

We needed to replace our 17 yr old water heater as a preventive measure. We knew we were on borrowed time. Williams Mechanical responded quickly to a quote request. They provided a quote for a water heater and tankless water heater. After some research and Q&A with Williams, we chose tankless. Day of install, Conrad (plumber) noticed our recirculating was different. He could make it work but we changed our minds and went traditional. He returned to the shop with the tankless and came back equipped with a water heater that was quoted. Conrad removed old and installed new one all on the same day. Everything was brought up to code. A couple of days later, a State inspector came to provide the sticker permit. His initial response was - "wow, clean setup".

Great job! The installers Anthony and Alex from Williams Mechanical did a professional install. They were fast, friendly and efficient. We love our new heater and can't wait to use the AC.

Technician with Williams Mechanical "Brett" was very respectful of our property and would not pull his truck down the driveway for fear he might damage our trees. Brett completed troubleshooting our system and provided detailed answer on what we should do next related to our issue. Brett was very through and polite. I will call Williams Mechanical again for our service needs.
