Excellent service. Bret, the technician that came, was early very knowledgeable and very professional. He spent extra time flushing my water heater when I asked him to and also taught me how to do it for future reference along with teaching me how to replace the mixer. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when needed.

The condensation from my coil was overflowing in the catch pan. And caused a massive amount of water to leak all over the floor and bedroom of our new house we just bought. The problem turned out to be a plugged drain line, thankfully an easy and cheap fix. The HVAC system in the house we just bought is nearly 20yrs old. It would have been _very_ easy for the tech to tell us we needed a whole new system and that the issue was unfixable - and I would have had to believe them. This is unfortunately what I've come to expect these days, BUT the williams mechanical tech was *honest*. They fixed the issue and never once tried to up sell us on anything. We also had williams mechanical replace the ancient water heater in our house as well. They did an amazing job and it was 100% up to code - a lot of plumbers will leave out a lot of code features like catch pans, seismic straps, gas line sediment drop, etc.. My daughter and son-in-law have had wonderful experiences with williams mechanical on both of their houses as well. We will never use anyone but williams mechanical. Thank you williams mechanical! You are the best!

New year and new service Willams dispatch a great tech by the name of Elijah. He did a terrific job of cleaning and prepping the AC for this summer. Even with a filter the water here is hard and creates all kinds of stones and sediment. He took his time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Of course my furnace went kaput on our first day of snow! I called several companies for service but only Williams Mechanical could schedule a visit so timely. Very pleased with the professionalism of Tate who installed a new blower. The total price was on par with online estimates that I'd researched. Office staff was pleasant and efficient. I was texted confirming my appointment, which was great. I would highly recommend this company for super service and affordability. I'd use them again if I have to. Fingers crossed, though!

Williams Mechanical team was fast, friendly and professional. They removed an old water heater, installed the new one, and added refrigerated air to my home in two days with minimal impact and no inconvenience to household members. WM also coordinated a concurrent electrical upgrade and all inspections. The site was left clean and functional, and the team was happy to explain their work. The WM work matched the bid/quote, and the quote was extremely fair and competitive. Definitely recommend Williams Mechanical.

Four years later I had a minor issue that arose from the triple-installation of new electrical, a new water heater and new air conditioning. I wrote the Williams Mechanical Team an email on Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning I had an appointment scheduled to fix the issue.

Once again, Williams Mechanical did a fantastic job addressing the issue completely, at no cost to me, and in the fast, friendly and efficient manner that they always do their work. Their technician, Jason Zuni, was super-friendly and helpful, left the job site clean and did a very professional job. This is why I will continue to highly recommend Williams Mechanical to my friends and family. Thank you Williams Mechanical!

I have been trying for over a month now to get a quote for three separate projects from this business. I call them and email them multiple times per week. Every time they tell me the quote will be coming in a few days or at the end of the week or at the beginning of next week.

At one point after I waited patiently for two or three weeks they did give me a quote, but they lumped all three projects together into one proposal, completely contrary to what I had asked for. When it turned out I didn't want them to do one of the projects because it was outside my budget I told them that I would like the project removed from the list of proposals. Instead of respecting my wishes, the owner of the company tried to talk me into some kind of not-good-sounding financing scheme. I made clear that I am not interested and that I want this project removed from the proposal. No response. I called the office and their administrative assistant told me that they would update the quote soon.

This was two or three weeks ago and they still haven't got back to me. Don't be like me. Don't waste your time with this company.

Once it was determined that the old furnace could not be repaired to work reliably, Williams Mechanical did a very efficient job replacing our furnace. They were able to move the installation up several days. The technicians Anthony V and Bret M were efficient and pleasant. At their initiative they changed the location of the filter so it is easy to replace and clean. Overall we are very satisfied with Williams Mechanical. They also replace our hot water heater in same service call.

Overall we're happy with Williams Mechanical. We replaced our 2 furnaces; Annette and Mike came out to do the estimate and were very professional. Then Anthony and Bret came to do the install. They were timely, friendly, and professional.

Their prices are competitive and their warranty is good (2y parts/10y labor). Only drawback IMO is the thermostat that came with the furnaces is very basic, but that's easy to replace. Overall, I would recommend. I also appreciate the military discount!

I am very impressed with the work done by Williams in removing my old swamp cooler and heater and replacing them with my new AC and heater. They repaired the roof where the old cooler had been and removed both of the old units. Williams was very responsive to my time frame, and Annette made sure to have the installation done as soon as possible so I would have the AC as the weather heated up. The installation crew, including Nick, Tate, and Chris, were very professional and efficient. They had the entire job completed in one day. I strongly recommend Williams and will use them for other needed services in the future. Carol Raish

We have been enjoying the new mini-splits that Alex, Anthony and Bret installed last week throughout our home. These guys were great to work with--they were courteous with us and kept us apprised of their work, listened to our input and did the work on time as promised. The system meets the expectations that owner Annette and Mike, the salesman, set about the Mitsubishi system. It has definitely cooled down two problem rooms and is very quiet, yet powerful. Williams Mechanical was great on the installation.
