Jason did an amazing job switching over my swamp cooler. He was professional and friendly. He worked fast, and found and corrected an issue that everyone else who has worked on my cooler since it was installed had missed. I won’t hesitate to contact Williams Mechanical the next time I need service.

Michael in sales was very good (with a better price than two other competitors) and we were able to schedule the install in a reasonable time frame. The installers - Anthony and Alex (and others) were great. We added a mini-split system in two rooms requiring a really long AC run to the rear of the house. The installation went just as planned with no surprises and the results are fantastic. Highly recommended!!!

We reviewed several companies before selecting Williams Mechanical to replace our 30+ year old furnaces in our home. We selected them due to the professionalism shown on their quote visit, their no pressure approach and their competitive pricing. Anthony and Alex installed our system. They were professional and helpful in answering all our questions as well as orienting us to our new system. They arrived on time and completed the work in the timeframe promised. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They were extremely respectful while they were in our home to our children and our animals. We plan to have Williams Mechanical install our refrigerated air system as well in the near future.

Annette and Mike came out on schedule, assessed our needs, made a fair and competitive proposal without trying to sell us unnecessary add-ons. I especially appreciated the way they listened and made smart, feasible recommendations to work around our layout and propose a modern, efficient system. The installation team (Bret, Mike, Jared) did a great job and finished ahead of schedule. There was a wiring issue due to the old communication line in our house so Nate came out and did some amazing trouble-shooting, finally running a new wire through our old adobe walls. Overall, a professional company with excellent customer and technical service.

Amazing service! Williams mechanical sent Conrad to clean our AC. He did a thorough job, didn’t rush, walked us through each step, and gave us a wealth of knowledge for maintaining our AC. The prices were reasonable and he had parts to replace a few things on our current unit already with him. He was not pushy and tried to offer us the most economical options. So my wife and I were in need of a new furnace for our 1941 house. Our existing furnace when we bought the house was in the crawl space with half the unit buried by dirt and starting to corrode. We were in dire need of a crucial placement for a new heating source somehow and someway and within our budget. I called around and received different estimates to install a new furnace in our guest bedroom closet and Williams Mechanical stood out and was within our budget. Jason and Nick were the installers and although it took 3 days to finish the install, the guys made sure to do everything right. Especially with our house being older and trying to make sure that a bedroom closet furnace could tie into the existing duct work, the existing gas line and the existing electric. Williams Mechanical got the job done. Would definitely recommend.

Williams Mechanical has always provided fast and fair service! Jarrod is a great tech who is super friendly and all the techs are knowledgeable. I love that they are happy to explain what they are doing and never act annoyed if you ask questions. I will never ever use any other company for my heating/cooling needs. Also, every tech they have ever sent out has been extremely respectful by introducing themselves and making me feel comfortable the whole time they have been in my house. They also have a feature where they send a text update with a little blurb about the tech who is coming to the house so that you know who to expect at the door. Overall just a great company! Highly recommend!

We have used Williams Mechanical for over a year and have been pleased with their service. They installed an air conditioner for us last summer. There was a warranty issue, requiring multiple visits to figure out the problem. Chris happily visited us every time the problem happened, and was finally able to learn which part was defective and replace it, with successful results. We have a service contract with them and are pleased with their efforts to keep our system in tiptop shape. This last visit, our filters were cleaned well by a young man in training who was learning from Chris. They have recently installed a new water heater for us, and that job was well-done, too.

I had 4 ductless split-unit HVAC systems installed in my business by Williams Mechanical and they did an excellent job. It was very easy to communicate my specific needs for the units. While the wait was a little long (understandably, because I'm sure there is a high demand for new AC installations in the summer), it was definitely worth it. Now, customers complain about the building being too cold in the building even though it's 100 degrees outside. These guys know what they're doing and I'm glad that chose to work with such a competent and professional company.
