We have had three mini split systems installed at our church and we could not be happier. The installers and techs Alex, Anthony & Bret were pleasant and professional to work with. They answered all of our questions and left the spaces they worked in clean and tidy as they found them. Annette and Mike came out when we had further questions on how to use the remotes and set the units for each room. I would recommend Williams for your cooling and heating needs.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new A/C systems and am looking forward to firing up the furnaces in the fall. The entire Williams Mechanical "family" did a wonderful job from that first phone call requesting an appointment for an estimate to the post installation delivery of all warranty registrations. I was impressed with the care taken to explain the various options and systems and found the pricing reasonable and the products of the best quality. The installation team was professional, courteous and conscientious.

I scheduled installation of my ductless mini-splits for December 19 to 21. Anthony and Alex arrived on time and ready to work all three days. The work looks great and I love my ductless mini-splits. I bought a foreclosed home that had no heat, just the remnants of gas heaters, so the house was very cold. I am going all electric, so they also took out all the gas lines, the old gas heaters, and the big swamp cooler on the roof, so I did not have to deal with any of that. The work looks great, they cleaned up after themselves and finished by noon on the 21st. I was very happy with their work, they were very nice and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My house is nice and warm now, and I am looking forward to the cooling in the summertime rather than having to deal with a swamp cooler. Thank you Williams Mechanical and Anthony and Alex. We talked to a couple contractors in the area before deciding on using Williams for our furnace replacement and whole house humidifer installation. Chris was one of the most responsive persons. He made sure to answer all our emails and phone calls to clear any questions we had. He came in for the initial estimate and explained to us the work that needed to be done. The installation took about 2 days and there was a delay from the furnace manufacturer who delivered the unit but they kept us in the loop for any status update and made some reshuffling of the schedule to make sure they meet the timeline that was originally promised to us. Anette was really helpful and Warren knew what he was doing and was able to answer our questions throughout.
We love our new furnace with the humidifier and had a pleasant experience working with Chris and his team. Would recommend them to other people too!

After interviewing several companies I chose Williams; Chris Meier carefully and completely explained options for us to choose in cooling, heating, and air-filtration. No confusion with the clear- printed estimates for us to choose. Chris knows his business well and believes firmly in his product, Trane. I had no opinion about any refrigerated air system before his time spent with us. Warren and Nate installed in a professional manner; they were efficient and totally the best gentlemen to have in our home. Annette, in the office, answered my questions with ease, knowledge, and patience!l (After all, what do we know about the technical mechanics of all this?) Our choice was well-made! I am more than pleased with Williams' work and product.

Williams Mechanical has made my life so much better! We have had such a bad experience with the company who installed our HVAC system. We purchased our new home 3 years ago, but we had the installation company come multiple times every summer and winter. The old company never fixed anything, only gave excuses, and put a band-aid on the situation until our warranty was over.
Finally fed up with the situation, we went to Williams Mechanical based off of google reviews. They quickly found the problem with our AC and have come back with a true fix. They are kind, understanding, patient, and thorough. They explained the issue in a way that we could understand and why the fix was recommended.
I am so happy to finally be comfortable in my own home, without fear that something will break. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars! I cannot thank them enough for their help!

Williams Mechanical did a great job replacing our very old (and leaky) tank water heater with a new tankless heater. The quote was very comprehensive and they were the only company we contacted that was willing to come out to our home and give a quote of exactly what needed to be done. Chris gave us the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful in presenting other options that might better fit our needs, but was not at all pushy either. The team that came out to do the install was very professional, got the work done a little ahead of schedule, and cleaned up the area before leaving. We have had the unit for over a month with no problems or complications. We will likely contact them in the near future for a replacement of a very old furnace as well. We will be repeat customers and so clearly we highly recommend Williams Mechanical.

The Williams Mechanical technicians, Anthony and Alex, did an excellent job of replacing my evaporative cooler. They were courteous and professional. I was amazed at how quickly they worked and completed the job. I highly recommend Williams Mechanical to anyone with a cooling problem.

I contacted Chris at Williams after reading the reviews here. I prefer to use locally owned businesses, and Chris and the Williams Mechanical team fit that criteria. On my initial estimate with Chris, I had very little knowledge of what was needed to convert my home from swap to refrigerated air. Chris took the time to explain all the details as well as put into scenarios that I would relate to easier. Instead of air conditioning, he used references to automotive so that I had a better understanding of what he was talking about since I am in the automotive field. Chris also suggested since my home was 14 years also, I may think about going to a full conversion to include the furnace. I was hesitant at first, but he worked with my budget and found the best suit for my needs. Its a good thing because upon removing the old furnace, he found cracks in the heat exchanger, and the furnace would have needed to replaced anyway. Thank you Chris, Annette, Brian and Julian for being so professional and courteous. This made the entire process stress free and the workmanship was amazing. Danny Porras

Williams Mechanical converted our cooler to a new refridgerated a/c in 2016, and they've always been responsive and good. We love the techs who come to do the seasonal service, and we're always happy with the care and information they give to us. Today we had an expansion tank installed on our water heater.
