I've been using Williams Mechanical for several years for my seasonal swam cooler switch-over. I appreciate their up-front pricing, responsive call center and thorough technicians. This summer, Elijah was prompt, gave the cooler a thorough cleaning and even warned me that it looked like my fan belt would go soon. I've tried other companies, they're more costly and/or provide worse service. I will continue to use Williams for my HVAC servicing needs.

I always use Williams Mechanical to summarize my swamp cooler. They are always professional and on time. Elijah was the tech this year and it was a pleasure seeing him again. He made the extra effort to clear a winter's worth of pine needles off a roof depression (so I didn't have to do it) and it's much appreciated! This company was very helpful and useful they conducted their business with great dedication taking time to maintain a stable performance. An employee named Elijah came to my residency assisted and correcting problems within our AC unit his clear and understandable directions of what was wrong with the unit provided a better perspective upon what was causing trouble and doing so he corrected the flaws and installed new parts for us we are highly appreciative of his help and recommend you to use this company

Williams installed a mini split system for us in an old, curvy North Valley Adobe (walls generally neither square or plumb) whose venting had collapsed as originally installed under concrete slab in river bed silt. Williams was great at every step of the process in determining best heating solution given site and structural challenges: the sales process was patient, informative and consultive (Annette/Mike); the installation folks (Anthony/Alex) were friendly, professional and very conscientious with our property and animals during three day installation; when a structural challenge arose as part of the installation, an owner and field services manager quickly responded and resolved!! Finally, the mini-split equipment required an electrical system/panel upgrade which Williams and their subcontractor (Add-on Electric--Jesus, Manuel and Isaac) handled seamlessly and did an impressive job of reorganizing (and labeling) several decades of obvious electrical system neglect.

For anyone facing a failing heating/cooling dilemma, mini splits make significant economic and environmental sense. Our primary reservation when considering mini splits was aesthetics thinking that equipment would be obtrusive. Thankfully, within days of the installation we no longer realize they are there or operating (perk--extremely quiet system).

Williams is a fantastic company. We've been using them for about four years. Over that time they've installed a swamp cooler for us, handled seasonal changeovers twice a year, done plumbing repairs, and most recently they replaced our furnace. They're honest and reliable and do a great job for us. Bret is the best! He really knows what he's doing.

We used Williams for a HVAC installation last month to replace an old swamp cooler system. Williams was the lowest price, provided a quality unit (Trane) and handled everything as proposed. The were flexible when we had a special need regarding existing ducting. I certainly recommend them for similar projects.
