I am highly satisfied Wagner Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called them for a non emergency repair. The technicians arrived promptly and were very courteous, explained what they needed to do to fix my kitchen sink drain issues. Repairs were done quickly, professionally and they left my property spotless.
I am very happy with the service that I received from Michael Stopyak and his assistant.

I got lightning fast service for a heater that stopped working overnight, and the tech was great. He went right to work, diagnosed the issue, told me exactly what was going on and even what wasn't an issue and didn't need attention. Heat was back up and running in just a couple of hours. Repairs took less time than the trip to the supply warehouse. Thanks!

This was my first experience using Wagner Mechanical and it was very positive! My air conditioner stopped working yesterday evening and they were able to send a technician out today to diagnose the issue. The communication and updates via text and email they provided were stellar. Jose, the technician was on-time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He found the issue quickly, clearly communicated it and was able to resolve it. I highly recommend Wagner and will definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs.

I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. After our water cooler system was dead on arrival, we decided to take the plunge and upgrade to refrigerated air. They sent out a sales person to assess everything. First problem out the gates is the salesperson didn’t disclose that their finance company (Service finance) will place a lien on your home as collateral. Then when they sent out the installers, they were basically kids and no older than 23 and were pretty unprofessional. They left parts and debris on my roof, didn’t seal the ductwork properly, left a pinched water line for drainage, and the real kicker is that the roof penetration they made and supposedly sealed ended up leaking in the rain. The city inspectors wouldn’t even approve their work because of how badly they did the roof penetration. I had to have them back out to my property 2 times to remedy all these issues, which to their credit they did own up to those things. For the finance company I had to get the federal consumer financial protection bureau involved with service finance because they wouldn’t let me payoff the loan. That’s thankfully been resolved now. Needless to say after all of this, I still haven’t heard back from them on the custom filter they’re supposed to install and we will see if city code enforcement approves their work this time. I feel like a fool who’s been grifted out of $14,000. They’ve honored their work and warranty clauses so far, but I would never suggest them to anyone. This whole experience with them has been an absolute nightmare.

I am so happy that I found Wagner! They are super friendly, very professional, and they got here much sooner than I expected. I have a few more things in my home that need to be serviced, and I am delighted to find out that they do it all. I will definitely be calling them again.

I want to specifically commend Barney Gallegos, Plumber. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and gave exceptional service for a complicated problem. Had to redo a faulty installation a previous plumber had done.

Thomas Sanchez arrived on time, was nice, polite, professional, explained everything that needed to be done and the options, his work which was complicated, was done perfectly, he left everything neat and clean, he explained about any warranties, I thought the charges made sense. I would recommend them, and I will use Wagner again, and ask for Thomas if he’s available.

Andrew Roman was absolutely wonderful. One of the best technicians we’ve had at our house. Very efficient. Spent extra time making sure we understood every part of the process. Would happily use his services again.
