Sean was so great. He came early with a courtesy call before hand and serviced our Swamp cooler. He had us up and running in no time. We just bought our first home so there were weird things about our duct work he was able to figure out professionally and quickly. He was so kind and informed me of every step he took, including helping us save some money in the end of the whole ordeal. Affordable pricing and top notch customer service. I was very impressed from the moment I called regarding scheduling. I had a leak related to my swamp cooler and they were able to send a Tech out right away. Other companies were telling me they were able to schedule us one week out. Wagner's team of Techs are professional and make sure to go over your options before proceeding.

After Seeing My New Furnace And AC Installed, I Can See Why Wagner Is Rated Best In New Mexico! Jim Was Our Sales Representative And He Was No Nonsense, Told Us Everything We Needed To Know. Curtis Stopped By Yesterday, To Make Sure We Were Getting Everything We Needed. This Morning, Andrew And Daniel Showed Up Right At 830am And Got To Work. Jesus Was Our Electrician And They All Did A Phenomenal Job!! I'm Sad I Couldn't Mention The Other Helpers By Name, But I Think They All Deserve Some Recognition As Well! We Bought Our House Last Year And Our Furnace And Evaporative Cooler Were Both 20+ Years Old. Yikes! As Of This Moment, I'm Extremely Satisfied With Wagner!

Steven came out to service my faucets and to aerate as well. He’s extremely personable and professional. He made me feel that what was wrong with my faucets wasn’t even a big problem. It was a pleasure doing business with Wagner Mechanical. Everyone from our salesperson Jim to our installation team were great. The install team did an excellent job installing our new heater and AC units. Isaac did a really neat job installing our unit. He was willing to answer my questions completely and was very professional. I will use them again in the future if I have any other needs for Plumbing, or HVAC.

The technician didn’t do a thing to my air conditioner, which I have never serviced in the last 13 years that I have owned it. The only thing he did was replace three filters inside my home, which I do myself every three months. I was not very pleased for the service I got for $80 plus tax which I paid. I don’t know if I will use your service again.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND John Calderon @ Wagner. We had been using another large/well known company for years. Our furnace was about to die days before Christmas, the other guys came out and told me it could not be repaired (a system they installed) and gave me a 12K estimate... That "diagnostic" visit was $300.00 and the furnace was WORSE. Needless to say I got a second opinion! John came out, made a couple of runs for parts (the other guy said we couldn't even get parts for our system anymore, 10 years old I think) and it has been running like a dream. He did come out twice, but it was literally the Friday before Christmas in the evening, so he couldn't get everything he needed that evening but he got us through Christmas with heat until he could finish the job. Super nice, on time, put all the pieces on a protective surface on the floor, respectful of our place. Just a great experience. It has been so COLD outside but cozy in the house. I told myself I had to leave a review for this guy! His service and professionalism was SO APPRECIATED!!!
