I had a first rate experience with Justin and Michael of Wagner Mechanical Inc. They replaced my badly broken water heater with a beautiful new model. They thoroughly reviewed the new water heater and gave me important information and recommendations. They also took time to rebuild the stand. The new equipment is working perfectly and I am so relieved and happy. They provided absolutely excellent care and support.

The team that scheduled, planned, and executed the install of the Mini-split ac/heat pump system in my 1950’s era house was very professional and knowledgeable. They were accommodating of my questions/concerns and schedule. They scheduled/moved each event to ensure I was comfortable with placement and understood how to operate the system once installed. Thank you all very kindly!

I had an appointment scheduled for two days from now for AC start up, but received a call from the office stating that they had a tech in the area and could perform the service today which was a a nice surprise. Reece arrived 20 minutes after the call and performed the service. He took pictures of his work to show us and “wow” we were impressed with how meticulously he cleaned our AC and replaced any needed parts.

Wagner was able to send out servicemen the same day I called. They keep in touch with text updates, arrived in the window I was given, got right to work, found the problem, and fixed it. They gave us very helpful information about how to prevent it from happening again with our old pipes and were courteous and hard working. They could have cleaned up a little more thoroughly, but overall they were outstanding!

Needed my evaporative cooler set up for the summer. Wagner was helpful and able to move up my service as time allowed. The technician, Michael, was professional and friendly. He worked quickly and did a great job. He even told me about a wasps nest he noticed being built right next to my front door. Kind service from all.

I used Wagner for annual maintenance for our tankless hot water heater. They had excellent scheduling and communicated extremely well through the entire process. Their technician, James, was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and set expectations. My only issue was the final invoice did not match what was quoted over the phone. Difference was small and I still feel I got good value for the service, but felt it needed mentioning for proper feedback.

Dylan and Victor did a very thorough job. Both technicians are qualified and knew exactly how to get my mini split working again. I am very pleased with the service and quality of work for the money I paid. I plan to stay a loyal customer thanks to the great service and knowledge from Dylan and Victor.

They were very responsive in setting up an appointment. They called and let me know when the plumber was supped to arrive. The plumber showed up on time. He was very professional and personable. Got the work done quickly and correctly. Very good service. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I purchased a older adobe house that needed a complete, whole-house heating / cooling system. There never was AC in the house and the radiant heating system had failed and could not be restored. I got 6 estimates before selecting Wagner. They were one of the lower bids (but not THE lowest). I chose them because they were professional, knowledgeable, had good communication, they were extremely responsive, demonstrated a quick response time and they were fairly priced with a good warranty. The whole house system was a VERY large investment but I'm happy with my choice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

The technician Phillip did a great job. He was very professional, respectful (as I asked several questions) and got the job done! Phillip actually diagnosed the issue the plumber who worked with my contractor in building my house 1 year ago had not figured out in the
last 3 visits over 1 year. Great job Phillip. 👏
