The Wagner Team was awesome and painless. I had three other companies come out to give me a quote and Wagner was within my budget. Starting with Dave Z. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. He pointed out some things the other companies didn’t see or mention. He provided me with 3 different part options that would work with what I was wanting replaced at my home.
The crews that came out, Levi I. Faron F. Carl W. Blake S. and a couple other guys I can’t remember their names (plumber, electricians, HVAC), were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning. Each crew made sure to find me and introduce themselves to me and advised me about the work they’re about to start. Once each crew was done with their part of the job they showed and walked me through what was changed and everyone was able to answer any questions I had with how to maintain or what services Wagner can provide with future maintenance. A great experience and would recommend Wagner.

Best plumbing experience ever. Wagner is a super organized and professional company. Their communication and availability is outstanding. My water heater gave out at 3:00 a.m. and I was chatting on their website by around 6:00 a.m. Someone stayed in touch until they called to say a plumber would be out around 10:00 a.m.Nate explained everything he did to bring the plumbing up to code and explained all of the features of the water heater in detail making sure I understood what he was doing and why, and understood how to operate the new cooler. He took lots of before and after photos and would show me what he was doing using the photos as a reference. Working with Wagner has been a very positive experience all around. I would highly recommend them.

Wagner did a great job replacing our old HVAC system. They are very professional, sent text updates with pictures of the person we would meet so we knew who it is when they came to the door. They had fair prices, and were on time for all scheduled appointments. They worked with me on pricing so I could get a discount from the AC manufacturer even when I was a day behind in signing. These people bent over backwards to make sure that everything was done, and done right. I’m glad I went with them to install the new system and look forward to many years of continued service.

We recently had Wagner install a new refrigerated air unit and furnace in our older home in ABQ. Everybody that my Wife and I interacted with through the whole process was great! They were respectful, nice, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were prompt on the day of installation and cleaned everything when they were finished. They did a great job and once again took the time to walk us around the entire house (inside and out) showing us what all they did and going over how to use the new thermostat and when to change the filters. Because of the wonderful experience with them they have gotten customers for life!

I DO NOT recommend! Save your money and go elsewhere. My furnace was freezing over. The service tech diagnosed the problem (within about 20secs of arriving) told me the issue was the blower motor. I paid for the repair. Once the new part was installed I was immediately told that was not going to fix the problem and I would need to replace the whole system. I was then told they would NOT honor my payment for the repair towards a new system or any form of refund/credit. I was ripped off for almost 2k. I asked if they could please apply what I paid towards a new system. They would not honor my previous payment towards a new system, instead the tech sent me a more costly invoice the second time. This is shady and unreasonable. They charged me almost 2k for a repair that didn’t fix ANYTHING. So I am taking my business elsewhere to a decent, honest, and better priced/better warranty company. This was the most awful experience. I feel completely taken advantage of. Beware of Wagner. Had I known better I would have taken my business elsewhere to begin with. I hope the same doesn’t happen to other people. I also called a supervisor, I spoke to Mari. She said “Dennis was one of their better techs”. I strongly disagree. Mari also stated she would follow up with me yesterday and failed to do so. I will be looking into filing a complaint with the BBB. That service tech completely scammed me. I sought out other estimates from other companies and they were all shocked how much this company charged me for a blower motor. The tech didn’t even do a thorough check to see what was wrong with my furnace but was quick to charge me.

We purchased our new home and it has a newer Water filtration system. The sediment filter seized up and we could not remove without causing damage to the water lines. We called Wagner's! The came out right away, Thomas was fast, friendly and no mess! Reasonable rates, we will be contacting Wagner for all future plumbing, HVAC, septic maintenance and repairs!!! Highly recommended 5 stars

I contacted customer service, and they stated that a technician would contact me shortly. After a week, I had to contact them again because I never received the phone call. They told me the same thing, but I still never received a call. Had to call back a 3rd time, and they finally returned my call. I talked to the tech on a Friday and was advised he would submit my application for financing and schedule me for a walk though at my house. On Monday morning they showed up to my house but unfortunately I was not home because I didn't know they were coming. I was able to reschedule with customer service for Tuesday at 4:30pm. On Tuesday at 4:30 pm, no one showed up to my house. I didn't receive any calls or emails advising me that they were not coming. I was able to call them the next day, and they stated again that the technician would call me back, and they did not know why they didn't show up. And yet again, I didn't receive a phone call. I continued to call without getting a response back until finally, on Friday, a supervisor called me. I explained all the difficulty I've been experiencing with the company, and you can tell he could care less. I was then told that the reason nobody came to do a walk through was because my financing was declined... but instead of telling me right away so I could find an alternative, they waited a week. He then told me they submitted a counter offer for the finance company but never mentioned what the counter offer was. He then told me he would personally call me back with the outcome, but, yet again, no call what's so ever.
We decided to go with a different company. We had no problem finding financing on our own. (With a much lower interest rate) and had the job done within a week. We wanted to go with wagner for their good reviews, but it definitely was not worth the hassle. The customer service people who answer the phones are great, but good luck ever speaking with a technician. I definitely do not recommend anyone use this company. Better off utilizing a smaller company that appreciates your business.

I was having an estimate do for a couple of plumbing projects. Jack and David were very professional and friendly. They listened to my ideas and gave me great advice as well as several options for my projects. I received quotes for each of the options enabling me to make the best decision. Plan on scheduling the work soon.

All of the technicians are professional and courteous, but after 5 visits and a 6th pending, they still have not fixed my AC, and it takes them a week to return after each failed attempt. This unit was purchased from Wagner and is under warranty, but what good is it if the “warranty team” doesn’t immediately replace the unit as hundred degree temperatures are upon us. I’m almost to the point of enduring the cost to bring in another company to fix this immediately.

Robert was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He arrived on time and was very thorough and efficient. Performed annual inspection of heating & plumbing. Robert identified 2 plumbing issues that we had (leaking pea trap and toilet problem) and was able to fix them the same day. Robert is an asset to your company.
