TLC Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical

I’ve used TLC before but it’s been a while. Had a major yard leak issue early this morning, with a river (for NM) of water flowing into the stree. Called TLC emergency services and they were able to send someone out right away. All fixed and good to go by noon. David Dupriest provided excellent service. He provided a realistic timeline and explained the plan, explained where the issue was and why we had the leak, explained what materials were used for the repair. The city water authority person who came to shut off the water also told me we were in good hands with TLC. We will be using TLC for any of our needs. They continue to provide quality and very professional service.

Called TLC for a swamp cooler estimate. Their price was over $8K. When we said no, the price suddenly dropped by more than half.

In case that wasn’t scammy enough, when we originally received the estimate, the technician said not to worry about paying the service fee for the visit until we made a decision. Then, when we decided not to go with them, they charged us an elevated service fee for paying late. We’ve used TLC in the past and been satisfied with their work, but we certainly won’t be using them ever again.

Shannon Rushing was my technician today,. He showed up very clean and organized. He truly stepped out of his comfort zone to help me out. I had a water leak outside in my front yard, his expertise had my leak diagnosed and fixed in no time. I was so impressed I had to make a Google review. I am turning to TLC looking for Mr. Rushing for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you again Mr. Rushing!

Ryan and Isaac came over to clean out my Dryer Vent and they did a great job! Ryan explained the whole process and answered any questions I had. They both made sure to leave no messes behind and were very quick and efficient.

TLC Plumbing technician 'Chance' was very knowledgeable and honest. He spent time, two days in row, trouble shooting my AC system. It was pretty tricky as a recent roofing job messed up the wiring for the unit, and it was not restored to the same configuration as before the roofing job, so nothing worked. In addition, the wiring color coding on the roof side was not normal.
Once Chance determined which wires were for which part(s) of the unit, it all came back up and worked! Thanks again to Chance and TLC.

Ricky with TLC came out on a Friday night and repaired our hot water heater quickly. He provided feedback on our future needs. Ricky did a great job!

I called TLC after a fallen branch had ripped my electric pole and weather head from the wall of my home, and PNM had cut the power for safety reasons. I was worried about the house getting too cold and another storm was predicted. From my first point of contact to the project being completed, I received nothing but professional and responsive treatment, which was amazing given that so many other people were without power and TLC was also very busy. They were incredibly empathetic and worked to get their team out as quickly as possible. Enrique and Joseph quickly identified what needed to be done, explained the process and work order thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly and exceptionally well - again, Enrique and Joseph were outstanding. I will definitely be using TLC for any future work.

I've been a customer with TLC for over a decade spending thousands with them for their electrical and plumbing services. I could always expect prompt and professional services. This was up until I contacted them to repair a faulty water-pressure regulator that they had installed just 1.5 years prior. This original installation cost me over $2000 due to the tech missing a waterline offshoot and having to duplicate work. I paid this and moved on. Now I just had to pay over $500 for them to replace the faulty valve, less than an hour of work. I called to speak to a manager about this and never received a call back. Sad that a quick $500 is worth more than maintaining a loyal customer and standing behind your work / products.

Had all my ducts and vents cleaned by TLC technician Ryan Clark. The vents had not been cleaned since the house was built in 1995. It didn't take long. He explained the procedure thoroughly and was very methodical and clean. With my allergies, it was worth every penny. I can literally breathe easier. It will also keep the dust in the house down. Wirth every penny.

Josh has been a lifesaver for us on several different occasions and we appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and courtesy.
