We’ve had them out 3-4 times in the past year for our AC unit. Each thing they have “fixed” re-occurred within a few months. We are going with another company. Workers were always professional, on time, and polite. They have just been unable to fix anything for longer than a short period of time. Claimed to fix the condensate line and float, water still backing up into the house and the float did not shut off the unit.

We had the on/off water valves for our clothes washer replaced and our technician, David, did a wonderful job. Informed us before work began what worst-case-scenario would be so we could make an informed decision. Luckily, the piping was not as bad as expected and work was completed within 45 minutes. During this, David also observed that our old unused gas piping in the room was not up to code. We called to have that brought up to compliance the next day. David was sent for that call also and completed work quickly and efficiently again. We greatly appreciate the fantastic service.

Jonathon M and his team did a fantastic job replacing the external water line to my East Mountain home. The job took several days so we had many opportunities to talk about the project. I found the entire team to be both knowledgeable and friendly. This was one of those projects that kept getting more complex as it progressed. Jonathon devised a creative plan that, among other things, ensured easy access to turnoff valves, which was a problem for us before. The team kept me informed each step of the way so there were no surprises at the end. Most importantly, they were great with my four very active and nosy dogs! This is not my first experience with TLC, and they continue to impress me!

Quinn is AMAZING! TLC will be our go to from now on! We lost hot water in our entire house on a Saturday night. He contacted us within 15 minutes of us calling in our issue, talked us through a couple things over the phone and was able to solve our issue without even coming out! He was clearly very knowledgeable about the different brands of tankless water heaters, and even shared some good info with us about what can and can’t be handled over the weekends as an emergency should we ever have trouble again.

TLC is honestly the best anywhere. I have had TLC at my home and my Mom's several times over the last several years. My air ducts were cleaned by Ryan Clark and Aaron Vasquez and they were extremely professional and super friendly! They explained exactly what they would be doing before they started and also explained what they completed after they finished. They were thorough, honest, and cleaned the area after the job was completed. I only trust my home to TLC for anything in my home.

Each time I have used TLC they have always been very professional and this time was no different. They arrived on time, did great work, checked everything before they left and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Roy was very friendly and professional. He quickly identified the source of the problem and elaborated the options for service. He was informative and patient with our questions and even performed multiple integrity checks on the system to ensure it would be up to our standards. Great service all around! Rick was great, very professional, went over all of our options with us, came out late at night and worked quickly and efficiently to fix our broken pipe. Can't recommended him enough, the service was a bright spot in an otherwise difficult and stressful day.

Isaac came out to the house and was on time, professional, quick, and kind. He helped me understand what he was doing and why. I love a good do-it-yourself project, but after watching Isaac at work, I am so glad I invested in having a professional install my residential hydrant. The money I spent has paid for peace of mind that comes with the security of having a pro do the work.
