If I could give this company ten stars I would! We called to get a quote on a new swamp cooler. Richard arrived right on time, advised us on the best replacement for our house, (A Convair Swamp cooler). We thought that like most companies it would be a week or so before they could install it. Nope- within a few hours Randall and the crew were here and removed the old one, installed the new one, in an hour and a half! Every one of their crew was professional, and very courteous. Best plumbing experience ever!

Ryan Clark performed an AC start-up today. His service was excellent and very professional. Ryan was courteous and friendly, as well as prompt and efficient. Ryan took extra measures to be helpful by removing the air conditioner cover for me and turned off the gas connection and unplugged the heater, which I very much appreciated. I definitely recommend Ryan and the TLC group for start-up and shut down of air conditioners and heaters. 😃

Had an old fitting start to leak on a Friday evening. Attempted to fix it, but realized quickly I needed help. TLC sent out Shannon Rushing to help. Shannon was quick, professional, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. I really felt he cared about helping us out and made sure to leave his info if anything else came up. 10/10 service. Anyone would be lucky to have Mr. Rushing come do work for them.

My water heater began leaking on a holiday weekend, and I really couldn't afford to wait. I appreciated that they were able to send someone out to fix it the same day. The tech was thorough and communicated with me effectively about the problems with my water heater. Repairs were efficient.

Just finished with one of the most professional two young men we have ever had doing electrical work for us. These two boys were very professional and very respectful to us. At our age (in the 70's) they were "extremely patient" and answered all the questions we asked, which were quite a few questions. My husband told me when they left that he felt very safe with the work they did and he is not worried anymore. They finished the project and we would call them again in a heartbeat!! Job well done boys!!!

Woke up this morning to an electrical mess, I called TLC for help and was able to get fit into the schedule right away. Alberto and Jose were able to professionally troubleshoot and identify why my outlet was not working. They showed me what happened and properly explained what they did to get the electricity back up and running. I appreciate the professional job and prompt service. I am very satisfied with my service and would recommend. As you can see in the photos one outlet tripped and one was melted. Thankfully nothing worse happened and Alberto and Jose saved the day!

Who comes out at 9pm on a Sunday to fix my AC? TLC does, Chico showed up withing 30 minutes of my call and replaced a capacitor, AC fixed in 20 minutes. Keeping in mind you're going to pay for Sunday night service I would certainly call again if needed. Chico is a knowledgeable tech and personable.
