I called TLC early Monday morning because of a major plumbing problem. A repair expert was at my house the same day. What a relief, I was expecting to have to wait days before TLC could send someone to my home because I know how busy they are.
A second visit was required and my problem has now been solved in a very professional manner.
I have used TLC multiple times and have been incredibly impressed with their knowledge and skilled work. They charge reasonable rates.

I have used TLC for many home repair needs. Most recently, I call them to install new anode rods in my old hot water heater. The technician was professional , competent, and very personable. The bad news was the water heater really needed to be replaced. He recommended the Bradford white brand and provided a quotation for installation. This model cost a bit more than others you would find in the warehouse stores, it was built in America, with all American made parts which TLC has found to be accessible for upkeep and basement maintenance. After considerable Internet research on water heaters, I decided to except the proposal from TLC. I asked that the same technician assigned to the project. The technician accommodated my scheduling needs. He was on time and professional and installation was completed. My old system needed upgrades to the current building code. I was also shown the sequence of actions needed to complete the annual maintenance flushing of the hot water heater. The project was completed at the estimated price even though the technician encountered a few issues that required more time in typical for a hot water installation. I really couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

Ryan Clark from TLC handled the seasonal startup of my swamp cooler this morning. He was great, arriving early after calling to see if that was okay. The service was fast and professional. Thanks for the service.

Outstanding service. Technicians and Plumbers always exceptionally courteous. In this instance it required two visits. The techs involved were Isaac A. and Jonathan. Both were efficient, certainly knew what they were doing, and accomplished the task in a timely manner. It involved a sink faucet leakage diagnosis, help finding a replacement online at a local hardware big box store, and a return visit to install the faucet. I always have marvelous experiences with TLC. Would highly recommend.

Ryan Clark was professional and explained what he was going to be doing every step of the way. He is punctual and friendly. He cleaned up after his job was done. He even had a vacuum and cleaned the area before he left. I’m very pleased with his work.

I had a leak in my second story shower that was leaking to the downstairs laundry room. I called a few places after hours (8:30pm) and left my name with several answering services. I scheduled one for a week out but when TLC called back they said they could come out first thing the following day!
My mom (83) was the only one home as myself, hubby and son were all at work. Shannon came out and was polite, considerate and kept excellent communication with her and me over the phone. He assured her that he would he in and out and with me of the needs and time it would take to complete the project.

I contacted TLC because I read how often fires start because people don’t clean out lint from the dryer hoses. I scheduled an appointment and Ryan arrived right on time and was quick and efficient with his work, but also confirmed the price and what he was there to do and showed me the pile of lint he was able to remove. He was on time and I was back to work quickly.

Sanders was a wonderful technician and took care on the equipment. He was clean knew the product. Thank you TLC for caring about other people's property.

Eddy and Juan, left my house with a perfectly executed installation of shower valve stems and a camera check into the wall for deeper leaks.
The information they provided me was very helpful and professional. The experience in total was very pleasant, even under the stressful circumstances.
