I was very happy with my experience with TLC, they had a technician to my house within 25 minutes of me calling to ask for service. Rick was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me in detail so I was aware of what he would be doing and what to expect. He was able to solve my problem (no hot water from my tankless water heater). He also showed me the process he used to fix the issue so that if it happens again I can fix it myself. I thought that was awesome. It shows that they value the customer above all else. I will be calling TLC with all my future plumbing needs.

Ryan from TLC came to do our seasonal changeover from hot to cool 😎 He showed up sooner than expected, which was amazing. He got straight to work. He soon assessed our situation and what we needed done. After figuring that out, Ryan got to work and finished quickly.We are now sitting comfortably in our nice cool house. My rental had a hot /cold water issue so I called TLC and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Eddie called to advise he was on his way and was very professional, polite, patient and thorough.
I was very pleased with the service I received from TLC and from Eddie.

Paid $350 for them to come out and supposedly fix a leak. My unit is still leaking. Called TLC and was told I have to pay a $200 emergency service fee or wait till Monday and pay a $75 trip charge so someone can come and look at it again. The company that wasn’t able to fix it the first time is now charging more to try again? Why am I paying extra for something they failed to fix the first time? What if they still don’t fix it, do I pay a third trip charge? Terrible service

Edit: A supervisor contacted me and sent a new team of techs to look at my system. He also expressed he’d really appreciate if I updated my review since they want to “help” so, here’s my update. Three technicians came and concluded a new condensation box is needed, but I’d have to pay $200-$300 for it to be mailed or overnighted. The crazy conclusion to this story is that my boyfriend (who has no experience with furnaces), opened up our unit and found a lose clamp in our furnace and the condensation box lose as well. He put the clamp back, tightened the box’s screws and my system hasn’t leaked since. 6 TLC TECHS MISDIAGNOSED MY FURNACE TWICE AND I PAID $347 FOR THIS?! Oh and they wanted another $200-300 to replace something that is working fine now? What about the 7 extra days of water damage on my dry wall? What about the 7 extra days I had rust build up? And what about all the time we spent opening up our furnace to monitor the leak they failed to fix and ultimately fixing it ourselves? If you have or had Alex Cazares and/or Chris work in your home, check their work! TLC has some nerve asking for more money. Waiting for a supervisor to call me, been waiting for over an hour

Edit 2: Steven Dominguez is an awesome employee! He visited our home on 1/19/23 and repaired our water damaged dry wall. TLC, hire more people like Steven! He taped areas up to ensure he didn’t stain them, used a plastic tarp to ensure our floor wasn’t stained either, and took a moment to explain the steps he’d take to repair our wall. Look at the results! Thank you Steven, we appreciate your dedication and hard work!

Called TLC and requested service on my second floor, roof mounted BreezAir evaporative cooler for non-emergency season start up. Ryan arrived within 2 hours of my call. He listened to my comments and dealt with the start up quickly with no issues. Ryan advised me of the expected cost prior to the work so there were no surprises. Courteous, efficient and effective. Nicely done and thanks.

Chase was wonderful, he was very courteous, very knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I will definitely use TLC in the future for all of my plumbing needs. I’m a single woman and always afraid of letting someone in my house but he was awesome. I could’ve sat there and talk to him all day. I have used other plumbers and just had one bad experience after another so it’s so nice to know that I can trust TLC

We initially contacted TLC about purchasing and installing a water softener. We were so pleased with the process that we also had them install a new tankless water heater.

The service was so exceptional, we decided to have them install a new AC and furnace as well.

It was during a follow-up visit that a leak under our foundation was detected and quickly repaired.

The entire TLC Team was exceptional! Travis, Ivan, Sam, and crews were prompt, thorough, detail oriented, considerate, and communicative.

Excellence is how I would describe the service, true craftsmen!

Shannon and his apprentice were so compassionate and caring . We had been out of town for medical reasons and came home to quite a few problems . They were here all day and took care of everything for us. This was such exceptional work as well as employees that reassured us they had it handled . We've always had good luck with TLC and this time was no exception. We were told the tech would be at the house sometime between 1:00-5:00. Kayne showed up at 1:00 on the dot. He was friendly, professional, and fast. He went out of his way to be helpful, and gave us some valuable advice on replacing some damaged parts that would save us money.
