Today my husband and I had our heater serviced by TLC. It was a great experience. My husband called early in the day and we got someone to come out same day. Chance Tsabetsaye was our tech that came to help and he was very knowledgeable and informative. Our heater ended up being just fine, our daughter had stuck some crayons in it and it was omitting a weird smell but Chance helped us clean it out all the way and made sure to test for carbon monoxide (all clear). All-in-all excellent service! Thank you!

I thought I’d have to go without hot water for a week, but we called TLC thank goodness! They were on their way within minutes of our phone call! Not only that, they were very personable and put me at ease when they said they could install a brand new hot water tank and replace all of the accessories that were damaged by hard water. I am so grateful for Shannon and David for their friendly demeanor, as well as their quick and thorough work. (They even put my cleaning supplies back into the cabinet under the sink after replacing a part!) I was like WOW!! In a world where customer service is practically nonexistent, these gentlemen have restored my faith in humanity! 😄 They said they offer a service where they check your A/C, plumbing, etc. twice a year and I’m signing up immediately! Knowing that you’re home is taken care of by professionals that actually care about their job… That’s priceless!

The gentleman that came to my house was outstanding. He did some thing that I was told was not able to be done by other plumbing companies did it and left a beautiful job with nothing to see to let you know that anyone have even been there looks as if it was never touched. Beautiful Work beautiful.

My home is 64 years old. Old things will break and wear out. Water flowing through an internal wall and up through floor tiles is a frightening thing and I was a certified life guard back in the day.

I have been a decades long customer of TLC Plumbing and the dispatcher quickly pull up all my information. A team was scheduled for an AM time frame. Jamie Wong telephoned me shortly before noon and advised he was finishing an earlier job and would be enroute. As my job looked extensive to me I suggersted that get a bite to eat first. The water authority had already shut down the water to my home.

Jamie Wong and his assistant spent quite a bit of time in the crawl space locating and evaluating my problem. Aftering moving my hot water heater, cutting out a section of a wall and cutting out and replacing pipes, water and calm were restored. These guys are better housekeepers than I am wearing booties and using vacs to clean up water and debris.

It has been suggested that TLC is expensive. During a very cold Albuquerque winter years back my furnance bit the dust. I got 4 estimates as you should. I was acquainted with a contractor who was admitted to vaious courts as an expert witness in contracting issues. He only worked on large commerical contracts not residences. TLC's price was $100 more than 2 of the other estimates which were almost double. One contractor offered to come down $2000. How could I trust him.

TLC is not cut rate but fair professional prices. I also know the employees are cover by good benifits and if Jamie Wong had cut off a finger or hand sawing through my house TLC is insured and lawyers would not becoming after me.

TLC answered the phone and had someone at our home within 2 hours of calling regarding a leak. Shannon called to let us know he was on the way, was fair, honest, professional and did a great job. He was quick and efficient and had the water back on in no time. The price was more than reasonable.

Eddie (Eduardo) did an excellent job fixing our leaky plumbing! He was on time, professional and skilled. I absolutely recommend TLC and Eddie. Also...I reached out to four plumbing services and TLC was the only one to return my call. Well done! In the future TLC will be my first and only call.

Joe G. and his crew were excellent! They repaired a main water line leak which required cutting away roses & shrubs as well as digging thru landscaping rocks. Joe kept me informed throughout the process. The area of repair looked great on completion & cost less than estimate, YAY!

David called me ahead of time and asked if he could come a bit earlier which was great. He sized up the situation and gave me a worst case scenario estimate which turned out to be right on the money, because of how old the shower was and the lesser quality of the original shower valve. It was a difficult job and his supervisor came by to help at one point. Iʻm a weekend warrior handyman, but this would have been way beyond my skill set. Through it all David was friendly and professional. I am so glad I called TLC and did not try to do it myself. Not long ago we had our hot water heater burst and TLC did an amazing and professional job in installing the new one...all up to code and with the same professional and friendly service.

We had to pay a premium ($300) just to have them come to us. We were told they would find the leak and then repair it, if possible. They charged over $800 to tear up our sink cabinet (I could have done a better job for free), then tell us that they had no intention of fixing anything, just finding a leak. We're out a large amount with no actual resolution, just a location of "in the slab". Overall very expensive and unprofessional.
-Update- We had originally chosen this plumber, planning to pay the premium, rather than use someone local, because we were led to believe it would be fixed by the worker they sent. After that wasn't the case, the guy told my wife he would get her a plumber from Santa Fe. When my wife called the Santa Fe office, they had no record of a plumber request. She called Albuquerque, who planned to send someone from Albuquerque, but they weren't sure if it would be another $300 premium. My wife cancelled it. You can shave a bear many times, but you can only skin it once.

Mr. Ryan Clark cleaned out our dryer vent after living in our house for many years. We didn’t realize how beneficial this could be. Excellent work, quickly taken care of a very professional visit. Would recommend all home owners get this serviced regularly.
