TLC Plumbing Rocks!
Once every light year, a big company does a really good thing.
We moved into a manufactured home in a 55+ community 5 months ago and found all the things wrong with the house that the inspection company missed (and there were a lot). So, during the super windy months of February and March, we were having a problem with the Hot Water. The pilot light would blow out and it seemed the gas would NOT shut off! So open windows and re-light heater. This happened 3 or 4 times only during windstorms.
We were thinking it was the part on the water heater that controls the gas that needed to be replaced. It was a TLC water heater and we thought maybe the part was still under warranty. So called TLC and they came out. The Plumber was not sure about something with the water heater, and not giving me a made-up story, he called his supervisor! He came out and they realized that the roof vent from the water heater was way too short. So that is why the pilot light was going out. They also checked the type of water heater that was installed in 2017. They concluded that it was not the best type of heater for the home. The Supervisor asked if it would be ok if checked with his bosses before he made a decision on the best way to solve the problems. He said he would call the next day with a plan.
He called and said That TLC will make it “ALL” right and replace EVERYTHING!! The venting and NEW water heater at NO COST!!! With labor included!

After calling several companies in town (they all said at least 2 weeks lead time to get someone to my house), TLC had someone get out same day. Rick was thorough and helped us understand what was going on our system. He was an excellent technician.

Anytime we need anything in our home we call TLC. We had them install our HVAC and furnace. Install gas lines for the stove and rework our out of date electrical in our 1959 home. They are professional, kind, capable, on time, and so sweet with our old dog when they are here.

We never call anyone else and never will.

We recommend them to family and friends every time. They’ve worked on my mother in laws house and my best friend at our suggestion and didn’t disappoint.

We love TLC and no one else will ever be allowed to touch our home. They techs are so pleasant and friendly too. You can’t go wrong with TLC. You just can’t.

Ryan did an awesome job with providing custoner service and knowledge about how best to go about starting up our swamp cooler for the summer. He provided excellent recommendations on parts that needed immediate service and which parts will need service later. It took less than an hour for him to get it up and running.

We always call TLC for our heating/cooling/plumbing needs. Alexander was exceptionally nice, and helpful on this visit, and really found a good deal for my elderly grandfather. Didn’t try to take advantage, and got the a/c working in no time.

Had TLC come out to start up the swamp cooler for the season. Technician started we needed a shut off valve we had them do that. Technician never came in to test the cooler when we tried to use it no power at all. Had my son go on the roof and none of the electrical had been plugged in. Cooler pads should have been replaced. Totally short work. Then, no one will return my phone call.

After posting this review TLC contacted me and fixed the issues we had. Their follow up customer service was very nice.

Water line break late afternoon impacting 100+ homes. Rick understood the importance of restoring water service to our residents. He was friendly, fast, efficient and explained in detail how he proposed to fix the problem. Left the landscape area in good condition. Our sprinkler guy took a look today and said the repair was well done. Thanks Rick!

Johnathan was prompt and professional. He explained all his process to me and was really helpful. My two outdoor faucets are now leak free! This is my 4th time using TLC services and all have been very good, I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

10/10, I highly recommend. David was prompt, thorough, and professional. He worked hard to fix my bathroom shower without having to remove the bathroom tile - which would have been very expensive and taken a long time. He completely fixed my leaky faucet and then checked with me to make sure the water pressure was right after he finished the install.

Jonathan Molinar was outstanding! He explained that a replacement nozzle I’d provided wasn’t going to work, and gave us options to fix the issue. We ended up getting a new kitchen faucet, and we love it! He also addressed another issue and fixed that, as well. He was such a professional young man and very knowledgeable. I won’t use any other company. TLC has done a lot of past work for us, and we will always turn to them first!
