Ryan Clark our Tech today was early! He provided me with several options at different price points to chose from to get our swamp coolers back up and running. He cleaned up after the job and even called me to after he left to tell me that he forgot to turn off the attic light. Great service and he had a friendly, yet professional attitude.

Ryan Clark was great and had our swamp cooler working lighting fast! Came out late in the day and was able help us. Would definitely recommend TLC to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

TLC never lets me down, they hire professionals and get the job done when you need it done. I feel that for the service they provide their prices are fair. I am a happy customer and won’t shop around next time!

Alberto and his associate (sorry I did not commit his name to memory) re-located ceiling fan and assembled and installed new ceiling fans. This is the third time they have worked @ my house. They are efficient, meticulous, and don't mind answering questions! All and all very informative, and their work is perfect.

I am the Operations Director for a public elementary charter school that had an emergency gas repair needed during the very cold winder months. TLC was the only place we could find that could assist us fast enough to minimize the number of days we would have to close the school. Since we are a loyalty customer on a three year maintenance agreement with them we trusted that the pricing they were giving us was fair and that they would do good work. After they said the work was done the City came to do their inspection and found several issues due to poor work done by TLC that had to be addressed, causing further delays prior to the City approving of the work. TLC tried telling us that this work was not related to their work, but to previous work done and they would have to bill us thousands of dollars and days more to address them. This time we decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion. This plumber confirmed that the issues were certainly due to poor work done by TLC and fixed all of the issues for us on the spot within ONE AND A HALF hours and billed us just $650. Based on feedback from him and another plumbing company they also told us TLC overcharged us by about triple, even considering that they worked evening and over the weekend. We also found out that the initial gas repair needed was related to the poor work by TLC. This made us wonder if this poor work may have been intentional, causing 'more work', very expensive work, to have to be done, at their mercy. This was infuriating to me since this forced us to use money that could have paid for another teacher for our students. I care for our students, and want both for them- a safe building to be in and to get the quality education they deserve. To steal from 5 year old to 10 year old children's education did not seem to bother TLC though. We will never work with TLC again.

Daniel was so professional and thorough when he came out to assess our situation. We liked his attention to detail and his promptness of service.
When our water heater broke unexpectedly, (don't they all?) and we were expecting company the next morning, Daniel called in Leo to get us in quickly.
Leo is amazing!!! He did the whole installation of a tankless water heater in one day. He cleaned up well after himself. He took all the time we needed to explain over (and over) how everything worked. He was personable, professional, and made us feel in good hands for the future.

Matthew arrived promptly, was courteous and respectful as he completed what turned out to be a difficult plumbing fix. He quickly determined the problem and suggested a solution. He checked in with his supervisor and returned with a further suggestion that was the best choice given the problem with the existing kitchen pipe installation.
He explained each step involved, was efficient and quietly got to work. He fully cleaned up afterward and left the kitchen in good shape. He was well prepared and professional in every way.
Matthew was a pleasure to have in our home and TLC Plumbing & Utility certainly has an awesome employee in their company!

My air conditioning was not cold,I made an appointment to have it fixed and Chico came earlier than the appointment which I was pleased about it. He found that there was not enough refrigerant,put some,but couldn't find any obvious leak. The air is cold now. Chico was very nice and professional.

Ryan Clark, Derek Brownson, and Saul Vasquez were prompt and efficient. They explained everything in detail and reviewed pricing with me prior to start of work. I had the option of adding or deleting services. They cleaned up after themselves and were done in less than 1.5 hours. Twenty seven years of dust collected from the soft vents and five years from the dryer. A job well done.the

Knocking in hot water heater. TLC Tech explained what caused it and that that since the unit is less than five years old it should not be an issue. We asked if flushing was needed. He said it wasn’t needed, but would help. He offered to flush for us or we can do ourselves. He explained how to - very easy. He didn’t charge us for the visit. Very friendly and helpful. Secondino (tech) is the reason we have used TLC for several yeArs and will continue to.
