It was an excellent experience. Throughout the service call, service tech Chico explained everything he was doing, and the reason for each step, in a way that I could understand. He was open and upfront about the costs. This was my first time working with TLC and I am so glad they were recommended by a friend!

TLC provided phenomenal service start to finish. We could not be happier. We bought a new house and wanted to make some changes. Martin and his crew were the best. They were super helpful in the early planning phase having great ideas to help us achieve what we were looking for and how to do it the most economical way. They are always friendly, on time, and communicative throughout the project. From working under the house in crawl spaces to working on the three story roof deck, they made our vision come true. Our house and pool entertaining area look just beautiful. And every time they ended for the day, the house was always back to clean and tidy. They took great care in the work they provided. OUTSTANDING JOB!! Ryan Clark & Aaron Vasquez are the best! Very professional. Polite and very competent. Not only cleaned out the dryer vent line but also repaired the attic vent and connected the vent line to the roof vent. This was above and beyond the "call of duty" and shows the dedication of these two "TOP" TLC professionals. I personally recommend Ryan and Aaron for the Outstanding Service award. Great job guys!

I cannot even begin to express what an amazing experience this was. I was expecting the worst to be honest and Shannon and Mary set my mind at ease immediately with their friendly and professional disposition. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace my outdoor bib, and answered all my questions with confidence. 100% will recommend them to friends.

I called TLC at noon yesterday for a leak under my kitchen sink and they said they could get someone out the same day and did! The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The price was fair for the amount of work done. TLC always does great work in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I contacted TLC to diagnose my water heater. The technician arrived and opened the access to light the furnace but he never did. He told me i needed a new water heater and the venting system was not installed correctly and without going on the roof to inspect it. He told me a new water heater and to redo the venting would be over $6000.00. I called IDEAL HVAC to get a second opinion. The technician inspected my water heater and lit it with no problem and he also inspected the venting on the roof and advised everything was working great and there was no need to replace the water heater or redo the venting! Thank you IDEAL for being honest and for getting our hot water restored! You have lost my future business TLC for your dishonesty and integrity!

TLC came out to do my electrical work and charged me 10k for it which was over priced but in a pinch so we used them. After all the plugs and switches were installed and the job was done none of the plugs were tied to the circuit breaker so I had no power and they tied all the exsisting power to whatever circuit breaker they wanted to without our input or knowledge so now I am unable to turn off my warehouse lights without having my front half of the building able to turn the power on and off and they didn’t not accomfor drywall when installing gang boxes a apprentice electrician would know to do this. They never designated circuit breakers for what I asked them to they basically do what they want then tell you that how you asked for it and over charge you by thousands, then when I called and complained there site manager Albert and Arnould come out say they will fix it and then they fix it and you recicive a invoice for work two weeks later so THESE PEOPLE MESSED UP HAD TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT DONT FIX THERE WORK AND THEN CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY. PEOPLE BE WARE THIS COMPANY WILL BILL YOU FOR DRIVING IF THEY FIND A WAY THEY OVER CHARGE AND DONT HOLD UP THERE QUOTES THE WRITE THESE ARE CROOKS
