I had some great plumbing issues that have needed attention for sometime. I've not had the best experiences with a couple other plumbing companies, so I decided to try your company. I was not disappointed. Robert was sent out & I couldn't have been more pleased. He was very friendly, very professional, & took so much time to explain all he was doing so I could understand. He found the problem, which is going to require 1.5 more days of work to get it done. He has many years of experience & I trust his honesty. I've not had the best experiences with a couple other plumbing companies, so I decided to call Signature. I'm so glad I did.

Allan Garcia was very helpful. We had a sound coming from the unit inside, he came back later that day and resolved the problem. Thank you !

These 3 guys were great!!! They had a tough time getting my old furnace out but they never gave up. Once the old one was out they had the new one in and thermostat installed in no time. They were done in under 4 hours and cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend!!

We had issues with our duct work causing significant heating problems. Signature's service manager Ashely promptly sent Jimmy to diagnose the issues. Jimmy did a terriffic job! He quickly and efficiently not only repaired but improved the duct work. Now the heater is making us warm and cozy,.

No communication at all with Alan.. came the first time charged $80+ said he will be back and never returned. Called the office he said he is looking for the parts but never told me about it.said he will come back again but never came. After we called again and was told they didn’t know where to find the parts but never told us about it so we could of look somewhere else. The main office talked to me about the situation and Alan never called or do the job except charge for the hour waisted looking at the manual with no help. Worst experience!

Chris was very good at explaining everything and the installation was done by professionals. Which means from start to finish they took the time to be clean and not make a mess and then cleaned up afterwards.

Signature recently installed a new gas furnace, central air conditioner, instant water heater, and water filtration system in my home. You can see from the photograph that they did an excellent job and installed top-of-the-line equipment. As I told the installation crews, they did more than a workman-like job (adequate), and did craftsman-like work (elegant).

I contracted the work through Lowe's who also did an excellent job of setting up and guaranteeing the work, and arranging financing.

The only areas for improvement I saw were the need for better communications from the project manager, which I addressed with him, and the fact that drywall repairs necessitated by new in-wall piping were not included in the contract.

Overall, I am very happy with Signature and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I rarely review a business but signature heating has done a very good job the three times I used them. Their prices are fair. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a wonderful experience with Signature from beginning to end. Enjoyed the soft yet professional approach of Erik who patiently explained the ins and outs of converting our swamp system for a new AC. Also walked us through the financial part of going through Costco, which saved us a LOT! The installation went smoothly, with Julian and John explaining what they were doing as they went along, checking in with us from time to time if they had a question. They were professional, courteous, and left no trace once the project was completed. Greg dropped by a couple of times to check on the project who was also professional and approachable. We had two other bids for this work, both which were twice the cost and both seemed an up sell to us. So glad we chose Signature.
