    This was an electrical issue which caused my furnace to shut down. Alan and Jorge came to the rescue. It took a while to figure out what was going on, but they did and they were both so pleasant during this time. Thank you Signature for such great employees.

    From the beginning with the consultation with Chris, the project manager, to the installation everything went smoothly. Chris helped me and my husband feel at ease about this major purchase that was very necessary for our home. He even accommodated the installation to our schedule. Julian and Jr. not only arrived earlier than the appointment they were also very professional and detailed and thorough about their work. They even took the time at the end of their work as they were finalizing the job to explain to me about how to change the filter and work the Thermostat. These gentlemen did an excellent job with this installation and we highly recommend Signature for anyone that needs new HVAC equipment or help with HVAC. Thank you so much.

    My Furnace went out. I Called Signature heating and cooling. Derek and Saul came out the next day and fixed the problem within minutes of being here. They Knew Exactly what they were doing and what i needed. They got me the part and i had heat again. I would give this company and these men a 10 out of 10. Wonderful experience.

    I had this company come out as my furnace would not come on. I had found them on Google search as being near me and with a good reputation - bad luck for me. On the positive side, they were quick to send out a technician and he was polite. On the negative sides the technician was fresh out of school with apparently very little experience and took forever to figure out what the problem was. Turned out to be my thermostat. Fine. I suggested I would like one that could be operated from my smart phone to which the technician replied that those are quite expensive and difficult to use. He then replaced my high end Aprilaire thermostat with a very basic Honeywell unit. When finally finished, he had me sign for completed work on a small screen on a handheld device saying he'd email me the invoice. This service cost $500 which seemed high but I now had heat and house guests arriving the next day. When I got the invoice I immediately noticed that he had invoiced me for a high end wifi capable thermostat! I looked up the two (the one I got and the one I was invoiced for) and on several different websites the cheap one ran around $50 and the other from $150 to over $200!. I called the company to discuss the situation. Finally being able to talk to the manager, she explained that for them the two cost about the same (ok?) but she would be willing to give me a $20 refund. She was rude. I said I would rather just get the thermostat I paid for then. So she agreed to having a technician come back out to install the wifi unit I was invoiced for. Long story shorter, the same newby came out, spent hours trying to install the new thermostat, discovered my furnace can't use a thermostat that doesn't have back up batteries. Gosh, he was so sorry and swore to have the manager call me about refunding me for the much more expensive unit he had accidentally invoiced me for. Right, ugh, never heard a word and really don't feel like dealing with these people any further or ever again.

    Jimmy the technician was fantastic, not only was he knowledgeable and experienced, we was also extremely friendly and honest. We will continue to use Signature for all of our heating and plumbing issues, they do good work.

    Derek Brownson assisted us in getting out Trane furnace up and running again, and did so quickly. Very nice guy, competent, and easy to work with. Prices were very reasonable as well. I now have a "go to" HVAC operation to call whenever I need some work done, and I'll ask for Derek!

    Plumber came out for estimate on water heater repair. Quoted me $5000 to replace. Then said he could replace thermocouple for $1600-2000. I canceled. 3 other plumbers quoted $2000 for water heater replacement. Replaced at $2000.
