Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Justin Jaramillo was very professional and took the time to run for a part that needed replacing. I was so pleased that I paid extra for the annual service contract. This takes the worry away in knowing that come fall I can expect another highly skilled person to get me set up for the next season.

Recently Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing installed our outdated heater. The workmanship and product stands on their own “Excellent”. Yesterday, I had some electrical issues not related to the heater. This outstanding company also has an electrical team and again they meet our goal. They sent Jorge Villarruel, a hard working employee, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. For future electrical work I will call Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.

Jorge did a fantastic job of doing some electrical work. He was pleasant, friendly, fast, and professional.

Saul their technician that came out was extremely nice and he listened to me before he got to work then came to me with answers and solutions! He was courteous, and very patient, but mostly EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE!! Love the work they did!

Two emergencies, two fast and great services. The water heater decided to split its seams, and Manuel was out to repair it the same day. A/C broke, and Alan fixed us up in no time.

I'm ready to be done with emergency repairs. We'll definitely be calling them to replace the 24 year old HVAC unit... probably for an emergency.

Awesome team of installers. They are very efficient and clean up after themselves. They are always on time as promised.

We woke up to no electricity. But we are the one with the transformer in our yard. So we had to end up calling PNM. But we didn't know that till we called Signature. The tech was great. On time, and explained our situation. Too bad it was on Sunday so we had to pay a higher price.

Ronald and his team were professional and worked quickly to get my AC repaired and working perfectly. So grateful, it’s a hot summer. Thank you!!

I have an older home that had 70 year old heaters and a old swamp cooler. I had a new heater installed in the crawl space. Also I switched over to refrigerated air conditioning including installation of ductwork that didn't exist before. I'm very pleased with the results. My old house feels like the temperature is constant throughout the house. It's also less stuffy. They were very considerate concerning the inevitable mess that ended up in the house. Although it was very messy. I'm pleased overall.

Had an estimate inspection scheduled for Wednesday January 4th at 3:00. No show, no call, not professional.

Four months ago I posted this review. Signature just now responded (4 months later) saying their system shows the appointment was cancelled. I did NOT cancel this appointment.
To respond to a review four months after the fact just shows how poorly managed this place is. Also, it is just a guess on my part but I sincerely doubt their system shows cancelled appointments from four months ago. Sure, I bet their system shows kept appointments and actual work, but a cancelled appointments; BS.
