Alan Garcia did a great job. He treated me right and worked with me as best he could. Excellent service.

I called on a Friday afternoon and asked that a technician come out and give me a quote to fix a plumbing issue caused by a different plumber. I was told that the tech that came out would call in advance. Sure enough, Monday morning first thing I got a call and the tech was there promptly. He listened to my request for varied estimates and then offered to email them to me. I was given the option of purchasing my or hardware or not - and that I appreciated.

After shopping around a bit, I ordered the parts and picked them up the following day. Then I called to schedule the repair work. The tech was going out of town, but he put me as a #1 priority and came out the same day. I could not have waited! He was so patient, even when the shut off water leaked and caused him headaches (the city did the water shutoff). In the end, I was completely awed by the technician's standard of work, his willingness to entertain my input, and best of all that he stayed until the job was done.

I will always call upon Signature in the future and will recommend them to others.

Chris did a great job with visiting our house and guiding us with what type of equipment we needed. Julian and Jr. were early on arrival to start the installation and guided me thoroughly on how to replace the filters and working with the new Thermostat. I was in an emergent situation when my water heater broke and was leaking water everywhere. Signature Heating sent Thomas out shortly after I called in the morning. He did a fantastic job of installing a new water heater for me, and he was working alone. He is a very conscientious, kind, and caring employee. He answered any questions I had so that I could understand the install process. His work is excellent, very neat, clean, and organized. The Signature technician, Gabriel, was extremely polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He started my master cool..it’s never worked better.
