    Alan Garcia was my repairman. He was very professional and very proficient. He diagnosed many issues and resolved all of them. It was well below what I expected price wise. Very happy with the work that was done, and would definitely recommend his service. He explained everything he was doing. I will request his service again if need be. Got a gold star Service Rep right there!

    We are satisfied with our new split system we purchased from Signature to replace our old A/C compressor and AquaTherm heater. The new system is working beautifully and I like how they give you free filters for the life of the system. I would have rated five star but there was a few issues at installation that required us to call them to return to our house but these issues were fully resolved in the end.

    Signature installed our refrigerated air system last summer. The install was mostly painless. They removes our old evap system. Just recently we had Alan Garcia come out and do maintenance on the system. He did a great job - cleaned the coils, tested the temp at the return, changed the filter, everything. He was quick and polite, even talking me through the maintenance that I can do myself. Really good experience and at no added cost as we just installed the system. Very happy with the service!

    I was called by the company that the technician Joe Montoya would be by in 20 minutes and he was. Very personable, careful with his shoes, using shoe covers. Did a very thorough inspection of the system and discussed the issues as if he were checking on his own home system. System now working fine and while I hope not to need them in the near future will definitely request that Joe come out if needed.

    I purchased an older home, so I ordered the package that covered heat, AC, electrical, and water heater tune ups for 1 year. I got different service providers for each thing, but they were always very helpful and explained to me what they were doing the whole time. They recommended things without being pushy and never charged extra for any small additional things I asked about. The one con that I have, is they never seemed to have all the necessary equipment. Like the heater service didn't have a vacuum or blower to clean out the radiator, which was part of the service. The AC guy didn't bring a ladder or any oil, even though I said my evaporative cooler was on the roof. So, thankfully, I had all of these things available, but I shouldn't have to.

    This review is specifically for Alan Garcia not the company. I'm saving the company review for when the unit is completely installed. Alan was amazing. He came in to the situation with limited training on heat pumps but it did not deter him at all. He read and worked his way through the entire system to make sure it was running as expected and clear all the errors. It took a few trips but he never gave up and his ability to logically work through the problem is the only reason I have a working HVAC today. 3 other technicians worked on it before Alan was able to find the loose wire, fix it, and then hunt through the complicated and cryptic thermostat panel to find the hidden setting that was preventing the heat pump from working. Thank you, Alan! My hat is off to you.

    After an experience with TLC in which I felt I was being pushed to spend 13k on a new HVAC unit as opposed to helping to solve the immediate problem I had, I turned to Signature for a second opinion. They were fast, friendly, and helped me solve the problem for a miniscule fraction of TLC's original quote.

    I certainly plan on returning to them again for all my heating and cooling needs.
