Chris Dominguez, Felix Dominguez, and Chris Sisneros were an AWESOME team of guys. The work took 11 hours and they didn’t stop for a minute. They answered every question I had, explained what they were doing every step of the way, and were professional and friendly the entire day. They made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled the old swamp cooler/furnace away. HIGHLY recommend this team and this company for any HVAC work you need done. 10/10, would definitely recommend.
Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Our sales rep, Bruno, explained everything and answered all my questions. (Some more than once.) Chris S. and Felix D. worked tirelessly removing the old swamp cooler on the roof in very hot weather & installing new AC until the installation was complete on a Friday. They are amazing! Chris's B. was quick to answer and take care of any conerns without a hassle. Great company to work with and would use again.

Don’t use this company, hokie outfit if you ask me. Had appointment Friday, waited literally all day for a call, then I receive a text message saying technician was on the way, then 5 minutes later a call from the technician saying he won’t make it until maybe after 9pm. I told him that won’t due, he said to call tomorrow and reschedule if I don’t hear from anyone. Monday rolls around, I call Strongbuilt and explain what was happening, she said she will make a note and have someone call me to schedule. Never heard from them, I ended up calling Signature Heating and Plumbing, came out same day I called and they where amazing
Bought a new house and needed to upgrade my heating and cooling units. Strong Built rep came over and talked options. I love my new ductless units and am going to us them for future house upgrade projects! Customer service was prompt and amazing!
I called to have my heating system fixed after unit failed . Someone cane out next day. Was in shock when technician said it was thermostat and the unit alone was 1200.00 dollars. That I had to pay up front. I paid. My son called supervisor to come out to take a second look. He showed up a day later. Said it wasn't the thermostat it was the seal or motor. My son flew in 2 days later from CA. looked at the unit himself. Turned out it was none of the things the tech. or Supervisor claimed. My son fixed it for free all it was was a clogged tube. This company is overpriced and I feel they scam people. I'm an older person and a women. I feel they try to prey on us because we do not know about heating and plumbing issues. Will never recomend stongbuilt to anyone. They use to be a good company.
David did very well, where he came out for the AC tune up/check up and ended up recommending water heater replacement. The next day, JR arrived onsite for the installation of the water heater. He was very conscientious, polite, knowledgeable, very informative-clearly addressed all my questions, and cleaned up his work area when he was done while making sure he protected the floor from getting damaged. Will definitely use this company again.
Alan Golden was at my home today to install a basket strainer in my kitchen sink that was causing a water leak. He did an excellent job in the installation. What I really like about Strongbuilt is they provide you with before and after pictures. Also, it pays off to have a Panda Membership as it saves you money. That's important nowadays! Thank you Strongbilt!
Purchased evaporative cooler. After install cooler did not work took them 3 weeks to correct issue. Asked for owners manual... never received. Panda care was extended a year but no paperwork given to show extension. 1st year called to have winterize said the soonest service time was in nearly 3 months By that time it would nearly be time to set up for summer. Called only to ask what the warrantee duration was. Rep said they did not have that info as they were just a scheduling service. They would take name and number and call back within 24 hours. We are supposed to wait around to speak to a sales rep or service technician on their time frame.. wait for them who are supposedly open 24/7.. How about engaging your customers when they have time in their schedule to call rather than making your customers wait on your schedule. The worst service I have ever had from a company that sells large appliances.
When asked why it would take so long for service they said they only had a couple of technicians trained on the unit purchased. Meanwhile I called TLC plumbing and they said they have 30 technicians that know this unit. They answered the phone and gave me information. No we will call you back within 24hrs. TLC will be who I deal with here on out.
Install team was clean and knew what they where doing. (Watch out for the guy with blue eyes my wife still talks about him) 😉 Then install manager stopped by to make sure they where providing 5 star service and quality
A week or so later the install manager came by again to do final check on system and quality of install as well as answer any questions.
I just really appreciate the amount of care i received and will share my experience with friends and family
