My igniter was bad, tech quoted me $350+- for replacement I told him no as I knew that was about a 950% mark up. I bought a replacement at siglet for $37 which is where he was going to get it. I expect a veteran business to be loyal and honest. Not this business.

Junior came out for a plumbing job, does outstanding work, very much in tuned in plumbing , would definitely recommend him.

The ad that made me call was saying veteran owned and unclog any drain for $29. I called then was told that they don't do plumbing or rooter services. The website also says call for All plumbing and rooter needs. Well I need a drain snake ran and can't get what I need so false advising.

I will always choose a veteran-owned business when given the choice. I moved into a new home and ran into unexpected issues and expenses, including plumbing. Patrick Mulcahey came to our home and resolved our issues. This guy is top notch. Not only did he get the job done for a reasonable price, he was so courteous and kind while doing it. Our technician was Patrick. He was on time, very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He took his time and made sure things were done correctly and to our liking. He even went above and beyond to help us with some installation issues outside his scope..

I paid for a repair several months ago that still hasn't been completed and cannot get anyone to follow up on it. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If Reggie is your service person then make sure he completes all work before paying.

Unbelievable to say the least. Called several weeks ago. It went to a call center with no help of course. So, I went to the local office about two weeks ago The gentleman in the office was nice enough to help me schedule the service. The tech came out (11/14) and could not figure out how to turn off the water. It was rescheduled for today (11/16) at 9am. In which I told the tech I would be home. He called the office in front of me. Now they are saying the attempted to call several times with me not answering, huh. That does not make any sense what so ever. Thought I would use a "Veteran Owned" company. As I am a veteran-retired (25yrs). Guess they don't need the business. Hoping this helps someone else when they are looking for a "SERVICE" company.
