Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning

Had this company fabricate an offset duc section I needed to connect my AC.
I spoke with and worked with James over the phone and he did an awesome job, he drew up a sketch with the measurements I sent him, and he made it and it fit perfectly, thank you James for a job well done 👍.

I would like to thank Thompson Heating and Air Conditioning for their prompt and outstanding customer service. Mike and Donnie installed my boiler with impressive expertise and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with them, James, and the front-office employees.

Thompson resolved issue of roof AC drains installed to code but corroding the galvanized canales. They extended the drain lines which had been installed 2 years ago and refunded the service charge. They also said that they will consider in future if canales are steel vs aluminum to avoid this problem developing.

I got 10 estimates for a new furnace and water heater. They had the best price. I really appreciate that they were able to fit me into their schedule to get heat in the home this winter. They are very friendly and professional. Good old fashioned customer service and integrity.

These guys are so awesome they have always been there for us as a fabrication shop. They can shear sheets for us and bend anytime we need it. Always a good price and very professional friendly staff, highly recommend for all your heating cooling needs!!

I had a slight issue with one of the indoor units dripping and they sent a technician out the next day to fix it.
