If their work is any reflection of their drivers, it's probably awful. While driving down Comanche Rd just now one of their drivers tried to speed ahead of me and cut me off as lanes merged, when he nearly hit me, he started yelling and waving his arms.

Once past me as the road went back to two lanes, he proceeded to tailgate other drivers and drive recklessly, turning right onto 2nd Avenue.

If I ever need plumbing/heating etc, won't be calling this firm.

Very frustrating experience that wasted everybody's time, I needed to have an old heater replaced, so when I called the guy didn't ask for any specifics about the heater and just made an appointment to have the estimator come over. Well, I took off work, my husband took off work and met him over there just to be told that they don't do "wall heaters" (I don't think it's a wall heater anyway, looks like a furnace, but I'm not a heating expert, they are, supposedly). So it was a waste of time, and what makes me angry is he tried to blame me by saying I should have asked questions when I called. How was I supposed to know what to ask? If they only do some heaters and not others they should tell the customer!

I was very pleased with your service and with your pricing. Your price was fair and your salesman and installers were very professional. I will recommend you to anyone that asks me. Thank you.

Customer service is bar none. After that, it gets bad. Cuts were off and holes were made on the wrong the wrong side. Every face other than the flat bottom piece had to be adjusted. On one side off by just over an inch.

James was friendly and a tremendous help. I placed my order and it came out better than I had hope. Thanks, Thompson for the great service.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who serviced my a/c! He was great. It was at the beginning of the pandemic and he was thoughtful, professional and friendly.

The Thompsons and their experienced
crews are maybe not the best at what they do, but they are certainly better than the rest.
