They couldn't find my order for somebody else it's not even for me I hope they gave me the right hot water heater. They had to rewrite my order. Other than that they were very friendly and professional thank you.

They have beautiful things but are on the expensive side. Once given the go-ahead from my plumber (because I am not a licensed plumber, they only sell to licensed plumbers in the parts department), they treated me well and got me exactly what I needed.
