Don, was so responsive and professional. During our time with limited AC, he called every single day to make sure we were OK. From the time our system went down to the time they installed the new system (4days).

Just had a repair and a suggested service done on my oil fired water heater by Jeff Billings from W B Steward and Son. What a pleasure in these tough times to have a pleasant professional come on time and within my budget. I highly recommend this company and their dedicated workers.

Cant thank this company enough for going above and beyond for my Mom who is recovering from heart surgery. Went above and beyond their service to make sure she didnt have to stress about keeping the house warm during the winter while she recovers. Most of all, they showed they care about their customers.

Jeff showed up on time and looked over my entire system. Even though it was an easy fix, he made suggestions and answered all of the questions I had for him. I will absolutely be calling this company again to do the work that was suggested and to do the work I want done to ensure that my heater stays working for a long time

Great experience with W.B. Steward & Son. Work (installation of a "C" wire to accommodate a Nest Thermostat) was done in a quick and efficient manner. Jeff B. was very friendly and helpful.

DON JR had me waiting for a technician that never showed, then on follow up on missed appointment, DON JR told my landlord "he's too busy" so shows no respect for others people's time OR concern for "people with disabilities" living on 2nd fl in 90 degree+ heat
