I had my Heating and Air replaced by them and they did a great job! You can tell they really care about the customer. Don was always in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. The time frame of the job was great. Don came back after the job was done to go over everything and make sure everything is the way we want it. Overall, they were a great company! I would highly recommend.

WB Steward is by far a top-notch company in every way. I bought my first house in 2004 that had oil heat and needed help in every aspect. They helped with emergency service calls, oil supply and offered an amazing service agreement and payment plan that was to good to be true. Needless to say I’ve been with them for 15 years now. Don’t hesitate, make the call.

I had a 30 year old heater and a/c unit replaced. Don Jr. and company had replaced my neighbor's system so I called and had the same system installed based on their recommendation.
It's only been 3 months but I am amazed at the efficiency and quietness of the system. Jeffrey and Micheal's attention to detail during installation was very much appreciated. Don Jr. made me feel that my business was very much appreciated and he took all the time I needed to explain operation of the heat pump.
The building permit inspector even commented on the quality of their work.

W.B. Steward was able to promptly schedule my service call in less than 24 hours. Micheal and Ryan called prior to arrival to ensure I was available. They were both courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly resolved the issue and had my air conditioner running better then ever. The service cost was communicated throughout the visit prior to repairs being made. The company charges were reasonable. Highly recommend W.B. Don Steward & team are exceptional craftsmen who look out for your and your home when performing work. Mats on the floors, vacuums on any of their workplaces, and a positive attitude throughout the entire project. All of Don's decisions are backed by pure science, and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with cooling/heating my upstairs with two brand new SUPER quiet Mitsubishi ductless air units.

I've been a satisfied customer of WB Steward and Son for about 12 years. They've replaced a ancient heating system with a replacement one, right as I moved in has been working reliably ever since. Since then they've provided oil service reliably, installed heat in a new room and maintained the system quite well.

I've made the mistake of trying another service provider who fell way short compared to WB Steward.

Recently the team replaced an aging oil tank and was done very professionally. The team went out of their way to avoid damaging the floor in the living area and cleaned the work area far better than they found it. I've found the technicans very friendly, professional and hardworking.

Spoke to Patty to renew our contract. We cancelled during Covid. My father is 95 and we weren't vaccinated. Didn't allow anyone in our home. Today Patty was so sweet, friendly, and answered all my questions. I signed up for the Gas Furnace Yearly Plan. The price is reasonable. Our appointment is soon. Steward + Son is without a doubt the best HVAC company around. We recently purchased our house, a 75 year old brick house, which had an old oil boiler. After a year of paying for oil we decided that we had to change over to gas. Don Jr helped us through the change over every step of the way. From picking out a state of the art boiler, making arrangements to get a gas line installed, getting interest free financing from the state, removal of the old oil tank, and even setting us up with an insulation company to re-insulate the attic and make the house more air tight.

One night during the time we were waiting for the financing to be approved we ran out of oil. I contacted Don in the hopes that we could get oil by morning. Don said that he be there in an hour and sure enough he showed up personally with a truck and gave us enough oil to get us through the time it took to get the financing for the change over.

When Don's team showed up to do the change they were courteous and very professional. They did a top notch job and were very clean. Also before they left they went over all the controls of the boiler and what to do in case of an emergency. Once again Don was there every step of the way and made sure that we were happy with all the work done including the insulation.

Now we are comfortable and don't need to use space heaters to stay warm in our house. If you have any HVAC needs oil or gas you can not go wrong with Steward & Son. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Don and his crew are kind and professional! We’re so glad we switched to them after a very negative experience with Petro. I wish we started with WB Steward & Son from the very beginning! They fixed a rusted old part in our oil tank that was preventing us from receiving oil properly, and then filled our oil after the repair. We highly recommend WB Steward&Son! :)

Don Jr came out super fast to deliver oil. He discovered that something else was up and a technician was at my house less than an hour later. It’s fixed and my family is warm. Highly recommend. Also, Patty in the office is a great help. Thanks guys.
