My heating/ac system was 21 years old. They came out and replaced everything within 2 days. I have a newborn so we were sitting in 85 degree house before they came out and saved the day! All the guys who came out were super nice and explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. Thank you again!

For many years our church has turned to WB Steward & Son for the maintenance of the boilers and air conditioners. They have consistently demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction and have performed their work with the utmost professionalism and integrity. The trustees met Don Steward when we needed information on possibly reducing the number of thermostats (12) through the church. What impressed us most was his patience. He could have easily given us a quick assessment, a rough estimate, and then moved on. He didn’t! Don spent close to 2 hours checking each thermostat and even made some much-needed adjustments. He answered all our questions…and we had plenty! He sincerely cared that we understood what was involved. He shared his experience and expertise without talking down to us and we learned a lot. We can’t thank him enough and will continue to recommend WB Steward. They are the best.

Don and the rest of his team did a top notch job installing my Mitsubishi ductless AC system. Every step of the way, from inspection and estimate, to installation, and even cleanup, was nothing but great! They did a great job of talking me through the process, answering my questions, and explaining the ins and outs of how the system works. When our water storage tank failed and we had no heat this winter, the entire crew at W.B. Steward & Son were incredible. They helped us take advantage of rebates and loans that were available and took the time to review and discuss our options. While we were without heat and hot water, they were kind enough to let us us borrow a portable water heater, so we had hot water when we needed.
The work they did was top-notch and they were able to get it done ahead of time. As a technically-minded person, I had plenty of questions and they were happy to take the time to answer all of them. They also showed me everything I needed to know about my new hot water heater.
As with any project you end up fixing one thing, only to find out there was an issue somewhere else that you didn't know about. It turns out, I had a bad thermostat in one of the rooms. When I called to let them know, they had someone out the same day. They double-checked their work, verified it wasn't a problem, and helped me find out it was thermostat. True professionals, all of them. And shout-out to Patty at the office who was always cheerful and incredible helpful, no matter how many questions I had.

Very pleased with the WB Steward team! The estimate was very fair to replace the HVAC & AC units. The guys were professional, on-time, and courteous. I was well informed by the team of what was going to take place. Their time estimate to do the work was spot-on. They cleaned up from the work. We even had a visit from the Owner to ensure all was going well! Would recommend WB Steward to all family and friends.
