WB put up two mini splits and re-did our HVAC system in the boiling heat a few months ago. Amazon service and professionalism. Mr. Steward is a scientist of HVAC and can clearly address your needs.

I had to have my heating system replaced. All employees were very knowledgeable and timely. Worked around my schedule and found the best fit for my particular situation. Did great work, would highly recommend.

We had an older oil furnace that was constantly requiring maintenance. We converted to a gas furnace, and everything has been running great since.

When our AC broke down overnight in the middle of a heatwave, W.B. Steward was able to respond out the next day. Their technicians were professional, caring, and were able to easily explain everything that needed to be done. We ended up needing a new condenser, and they were able to install it within a couple of days despite other companies giving wait times of up to two weeks. The company owner gave us multiple options with different price ranges and didn’t push the most expensive option on us. We were able to get a great new system with 0% financing. They even reworked some of our ducts to better cool a large addition room that we’ve always had issues with - at no additional cost. The company owner reached out the evening of the service as well as the following morning to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and we will never use anyone else for our HVAC needs.

My husband and I have been using W.B. Steward and Son for heating services at my mother’s home for a little while now. Recently, my mother needed a new air conditioning system installed and we used W.B. Steward and Son to do this work. Don, the owner, along with his entire team (which includes his office staff) did an excellent job with this installation. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable of their craft and very professional. Just a great team to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend W.B. Steward and Son and will continue to use them for any and all HVAC needs.

Don and his team are completely professional. I had four different contractors walk through my house and Don was the most knowledgeable with everything in my house. I had another company install my system and Don showed me how to get everything to work.
I will be hiring Don for all of my future HVAC work.

We decided to change from oil to gas. We had several companies come in and give us quotes. Don came in and gave us a quote. They weren't the cheapest but they had the most knowledge and pointed out something with our water heater that we didn't even know existed. There was a problem with the exhaust and the venting with our heater was not efficient. The crew. Mike, Rob, Dan and if I miss anybody I apologize, worked their butts off getting this job completed and I can't say enough nice things about them all. My dog liked them, anybody my dog likes I know to trust lol. I like the fact that they're local and if I need any repairs done they will be here for us.

We have been dealing with WB Steward & Son for many years and every time we need them, they are there. As a customer, they have never taken us for granted and it seems like they treat us better every year. Their maintenance service work has always been great. I guess we have been lucky because we were never in an emergency situation since we started dealing with them. Our air-conditioner has always worked in the summer and our heater has always worked in the winter. I consider them a good find especially in this day and age when it is hard to find people that care.
