I bought an older home and knew I’d need to upgrade. I shopped around a bit and wasn’t happy. Was referred to Steward by a family member. Couldn’t be happier. Owner was personally involved from the jump. He listened and suggested to get me what I needed without breaking the bank. Sub-contractor for insulation was top-notch. And the crew that came out to do the install were quick, clean and knew their stuff. And they were good to my dog! Owner checked in on the install everyday. Great work, great value. Couldn’t be happier.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was in need of a new hot water heater. Don came for a consultation and was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I received my quote and was scheduled quickly.
The crew that came for the installation was also excellent. I have a dog and they were very friendly to her. She quickly learned if she laid in front of the door they would give her a pet when ever they walked by.
Don also worked with me to ensure I was able to get all of the rebates and tax credits I was eligible for and secured very good financing for me.

My air conditioner malfunctioned in the middle of the night before a 91-degree day. W.B. Steward and Son responded quickly to my early morning call and had my problem fixed by 9:15 am. The workers were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for both AC and heating needs, as they are responsive, professional, and affordable.

So We finally decided to switch from oil heat to gas and add central air .We met with Don, the owner who thoroughly explained our options. Mike and the crew were polite, clean and super professional. They even took the extra time to put the new thermostat in the same place as the old one which was quite. challenge as there was an obstruction we were not aware of. Mike was very informative during the process and completely explained why and what they were doing. We are very pleased with the new heater and am sure we will be happy when we finally get to use the air conditioner. We would definitely recommend W B Steward for all you heating and air conditioning needs. We look forward to a long relationship

My parents have been long time customers of WB and only trust them when it comes to their heating and cooling needs. I purchased my first home last year and had some issues over the summer and winter and called WB a few weeks ago to gave them come take a look. Jeff came the first time around and made some tweaks and instantly felt the difference in the house. He then came with Don and they spend a good amount of time throughly checking the rest of house and found some key things to address that would make a significant difference without replacing the system. They were so nice and educational along the way and I when they left I felt like I could sleep better at night knowing that my house is a working the best it could. Don’t bother calling around, WB will be the only company you need!

Very detailed and pleasant, professional service; Steward and crew got our 2nd floor fit out with new HVAC and we will run cool in summer. Installers were knowledgeable and considerate and left the house as clean as they found it. Everything is running cool and whisper quiet.

Our heating and cooling system was pushing 30 years old, and finally gave out in the middle of the night. I called W.B. Steward & Son the next morning (the woman who answered was so pleasant) and a service team was at my door in just a few hours.

After discussing the cost to fix my ancient system we decided to replace it and have some gaps in our ductwork sealed up. Don didn’t try to oversell me, we put in the right system for our house, and he worked with me on the cost. Once we had the logistics all worked out, the install team was scheduled to come back next day… but we were still without heat, so Don had 4 space heaters dropped off for us to keep us warm that night.

The next day Mike and Rob installed our new heater and had the heat flowing before the weekend hit. These guys were fantastic by the way. Super friendly and did high quality thoughtful work… A+ service! The guys came back the following Monday & Tuesday to install the AC unit and seal the ductwork in our crawlspace.

All said and done, I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work, cost of the system, and overall experience provided by Don and his team. I will definitely be using them for any HVAC services we need in the future.

So we decided to convert from oil heat to gas, and we gladly inherited this fabulous company from the previous owner of our home. I don’t even know where to begin. We first met Don to go over everything, as he is extremely nice and professional. Needless to say, his crew were also exactly that! (Mike, Rob & Dan)
So efficient and friendly. Always explaining what they were doing as they were going. Also to add, they noticed a gas leak coming from our neighbor’s house and let them know! Our neighbor even mentioned that she had heard excellent things about this company! In closing, our new “state of the art” gas system has finished being installed and we couldn’t be happier! I would absolutely positively, recommend them to anyone that is in need of service and/or installation. I can’t thank everyone involved enough for such professionalism and efficiency! We are extremely pleased!

We have used 3 different companies over 10 years on a unit that had issues from the start. A neighbor recommended WB Stewart and we now have a company we can trust and a unit that we can depend on. Mike and his team had some challenges and special requests from us when replacing the unit and they were efficient, profession and meticulous with the work. Not only is this personalized business quick they are also super friendly. Don made sure to show me ways to manage the system alone as well. Helpful, kind and on time! He even assisted with removing a water line from my washer so i could remove it.
