We used W.B. Steward & Son a couple times in the past. More recently, we needed work done to ensure we had working heat for the winter.

We called. The lady who answers the phone took our message and implied we would receive a call back. We never did. This happened twice and we waited around for about a month in total, maybe a little more.

There was never any indication that the work couldn't or wouldn't be done. This would have been a perfectly acceptable response.

Thankfully we found someone else that is local that could do the needed work. They made it out on the same day we called, in less than an hour. Our problem is resolved and we weren't left hanging.

It was 90 degrees out and our Air Conditioner was acting up, we reached out to WB Steward and Son, they responded and had 2 technicians at our residence within hours of our phone call. The guys Mike & Dan were awesome, they diagnosed our problem and set straight to work. They were knowledgeable and professional and so patient in explaining the problem. They were so nice to our 4 dogs even when they got in the way. It was hot and humid and these guys couldn’t have been more upbeat and friendly. We really appreciate their skill and fast action, our AC is fixed and at an affordable price. 10/10 Recommend.

I commissioned the services of WB Steward and Son to fill up the oil tank in the house. The owner, Don, arrived on time, was courteous, very knowledgeable and honest. After checking the level of oil in the tank, he told me that he will not be able to put oil because he found a hole and more pits on the metal of the tank caused by years of corrosion. He recommended to replace the oil tank. I requested for an estimate for this job. He sent me the proposal the following day. Normally, I would get estimates from 3 companies and go with the most reasonably priced. But because I was happy with Don’s great customer service skills and business ethics, I did not bother to price the job with other companies. I was also impressed with the 3 price/service proposals in one contract that he sent me marked GOOD, BETTER, BEST— who does that? I made my decision and the job was completed in a few days. He even texted me a video of the oil tank showing the hole and the pits on them. Don was amazing..... he tuned up the heater that was plugged with soot and changed the thermostat that was not working! He did not bill me for both services! Don only said, “ Merry Christmas! “ and I said “Thank you, you are the BEST!”

When I first contacted W.B. Steward & Son, the receptionist is very friendly. WB Steward Son provided a pleasant overall experience. The office personnel and technicians are true professionals. They are knowledgeable, responsive, honest, efficient, patient and diligent. Their technicians were able to immediately identify the problem and rectify the matter. WB put in new ductless units for us and we were thrilled with everything from the initial quote to the finished product. They were professional and courteous and very responsive. They dealt with the permit office for us, filed our rebate for us, assisted with the electrician. All the workers on site were even great with my two small ill-mannered dogs!

Best of all, my upstairs is cool just as promised. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I are exceptionally pleased with the execution and professionalism pertaining to the installment of our heating & a.c system. The entire process from start to finish was easy and stress free. After the installation, they made sure the site was left clean and all equipment was working properlly. I have used this company since I moved into my house for my oil heat! Each and every one of them are honest and hardworking. I mainly deal with Don Jr who has been there for me since day one, he always works with me and helps me in anyway he can. There are times that my tank has been on E and he has came out same day to deliver oil to my home! This company is truly a blessing to my family and I and I can not put into words how truly grateful I am. March 2019: I already knew W.B.Steward & Son had a well-established reputation for excellence....

In 2015 Company owner Don and his crew provided first rate service before, during, and after their installation of our brand new heating and air-conditioning system. They went the extra mile and made sure I was 100% happy with every step of the process.

So OF COURSE I contacted them as soon as my heater decided he did not like the frigid temperatures outside and decided to go on strike.

Don sent Jeff (34+ yrs of experience) over to initialize the diagnostic process, and my heater was NOT happy about being poked and prodded. But once crew members Chris, Jeff, Mike and Don let this hot-headed heater with no working circuit-brains know they meant business, young Mister Bryant soon settled down. The operation was a success and I'm happy to report my house is once again a place where grandchildren can be toasty while listening to Grandma's tales of life back in the dark ages of the 1950s when SHE was young. lol

Oh, and by the way, Don & Mike also replaced my terminally ill hot water heater. With their expertise, professionalism and way of treating all their clients as family, I am happy to recommend them to all future client-cousins. (Did I mention they price fairly as well?)

My neighbor recently used their services and was quite pleased, so when my museum piece central A/C decided to take a break, I called and promptly received a call from Don who stated a service tech would be arriving within 1.5 hours. Tech arrived beforehand (Mike), diagnosed the issue quickly (bad capacitor) and had the condenser back up and running quickly. Mike was very knowledgeable, courteous, and checked the rest of the system to make sure no others issues existed. Asked multiple times if I had any questions or other concerns and made sure that I was satisfied with all of the work and services that were performed. Couldn't ask for better response and service especially since this was a Saturday afternoon and I was a new customer. Top notch.
