Extremely easy to make an appointment and very prompt service! Our technician, Ramon, was amazing and we appreciate his professionalism and expertise. He was extremely thorough and transparent regarding all repairs and fees and quickly resolved our electrical issues. Would definitely recommend this company!

These guys are thieves. After I spent $3500 on a previous job I wanted to get a quote for installing 4 light switches. They want to charge me $115 just to come out and give me a quote. These people are just middle men for the actual hard working electricians on their staff. GO TO A LOCAL ELECTRICIAN. These people exist to steal your money. Unbelievable they charge to give you estimate even though they have the price book right in front of them.

Been using Design Air for 20 years. Since they got bought out by Gold Medal they are simply in full blown, up sell mode. They started the up sell before they even walked in the door and my unit that was working upon their arrival suddenly stopped working upon their departure, on Easter weekend, no less.

They also now push you into a year contract vs the 6 month contract they had previously offered. Seems as though they went corporate and although I never felt that I could not trust them, they have lost my trust completely.

I called and spoke to Chris from dispatch and told him my feelings and he hung up on me. Great representation of what this company has become.

Stay away! I have already started contacting friends who have cancelled appointments. I will be leaving this review everywhere.

Loads of thanks to Michael who fixed our boiler finally right before the weather turns to 21F! Now our whole family can have hot water and heat. This guy really represents what gold medal service means!

The crew was outstanding. Anthony, Isaiah & Davidson were very thorough & cleaned up everything when they were done. Anthony slowly walked us through on the operation of the new control pad. He made sure everything was operating perfectly before he left. They are a great asset to their company.

An overall pleasant experience. It's very rare to see a company and different departments working in unison. Gold Medal Service achieved this with ease. The customer service rep made my appointment and was very professional and courteous while doing it. Dispatch called to confirm my appointment and let me know my technician's ETA. Ed, the technician arrived on time with a very professional appearance. He respected my house. He took his time to listen to what I had to say. He was extremely thorough and professional.

Rob, Tim, Shane and Adonis were all amazing! We had a CO leak from our boiler and were left without heat. I was told by two other plumbing services that they wouldn’t be able to get to me for over a week. I called Gold Medal and they sent Rob over the next morning, he took his time inspecting the boiler, made recommendations and answered my many questions. Tim came the same day to walk us through the options and he even was able source several space heaters for us to use until our install date two days later. His customer service was amazing. Shane and Adonis came to install our new boiler. They were here for nearly 11 hours making sure the new system was running smoothly. The were neat, clean, friendly and thorough. Amazing service all around! I highly recommend Gold Medal. Several people had warned me that Gold Medal would be more expensive than other services but you get what you pay for and my experience with them was five star all the way.

I have been using Gold Medal (and previously Water Works before being acquired by Gold Medal) for various home plumbing and hvac work for over 5 years. I've been happy with the quality of the work and availability of appointments (several time I was able to schedule same day appointments). Their technicians arrive on time and have always been professional. I do think their price is a bit on the higher end but worth it given the convenience and quality of work .
