Happy with my new AC and the crew who installed. Paul, Andy and Anthony, tackled my “simple “job working through problems and through lunch. I can’t say enough about their work.

Golden Medal Service has a $79 AC tune-up special currently. When I ordered this service, they told me there is additional $20 for the fuel of travel. That is OK for me. But the technician didn't add any refrigerant, didn't replace the filter as specified for the tune-up in their flyer. He only checked my AC and promoted Golden Medal's protection program.

I had a leak under my sink that needed to be fixed along with an installment of a new shower and faucet. Michael S. was very professional and knowledgeable in everything that he did. He even took the time to educate and show the issues that were a problem. Just by him explaining all the work he was going to do, gave me confidence that the job was going to get done the right way first time around. Michael did outstanding work! I would highly recommend Michael to anyone! Thank you Michael S.!!!

Sal was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to check all plumbing throughout my home. He physically showed me and explained issues clearly, and compared repair vs replacement. I look forward to continuing business with Gold Medal.

What a great experience , my technician (IGOR) was so professional and courteous. I've had issues with my HVAC for years and my gold medal tech came in, and boom 45 mins later and its fixed. Literally no issues since he was here last. I highly recommend them and ask for Igor. He's Great!!

Juan & Rolfy did a great job working non stop from morning to night to get a new HVAC system installed. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. We had some hiccups with the thermostat install that the team at Gold Medal resolved in a couple of weeks.

I have been using Gold Medal service for a few years now and I'm always satisfied with their service. They are professional, responsive and polite, always give clear quotes and expectations. They are the only plumbing service/heating/AC service I use and I don't foresee using any other in the future.

Kyle Williams did a fantastic job repairing my thermostat. Michael also did a fantastic job with various plumbing issues (fixing a leak, replacing a showerhead, reversing hot/cold in the faucet, and fixing squeaky taps). Both were professional, quick, and very personable.

Twice they cancelled on me the morning of the service and in an emergency they could not come until the next day even with a maintenance agreement. They were great when they were Design Air. Now expensive and unreliable.
