Arctic recently replaced our entire heating and AC unit. We got three estimates for the job. Arctic beat the next best estimate by $2k and the highest estimate by $3k. We called on a (hot) Thursday morning. They were at our house to troubleshoot and to provide an estimate by early that afternoon. They did the entire job the following day (Friday) and our system is running perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the work. Highly recommended.
