This company is great. They take good care of their customers. pleasant when you set up an appt for service. The service men that comes out are very nice and very educated as to what they doing.

We are really happy we used Super Service Heating and Air Conditioning. For context, our furnace wasn't starting up and had already had 2 well-reviewed companies in the area who looked at it. By the time we reached out to Frank, we were thinking that our furnace had to be replaced and asked for a quote for installing a new one. Frank stopped by to make sure that the new furnace could be swapped in.

While he was there, he took a look at the boiler and the AC unit too, and pointed out various information about the system that I found useful as a new owner of the home. He then ask me if I want him to run diagnostic on the furnace to see what the underlying problem is. It didn't take more than 10 minutes for him to figure out that the issue was with one of the sensors (apparently a weird quirk with one of the common furnace brands). He then ordered the part and, the next day, Omar stopped by to install it. The furnace was back up and running no more than 24 hours after Frank took a first look at it.

Very impressed with the service, their knowledge and how quickly they were able to identify and resolve the issue. Above all, we value their honesty and have trusts in their recommendations. We will be using their service for all of our cooling and heating services for our home.
