Gold Medal did an excellent job replacing our 18-year-old heating, central air, and 11-year-old water heater on July 11th, 2022. From our initial meeting to inspecting and evaluation our home, Matthew exceeded our expectations. Matthew was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. We had a lot of questions about the new system, energy usage, costs savings, and Matthew took the time explaining in detail which system would fit for our home. We signed the contract with Matthew on the same day because he offered us a good deal. We were very impressed by the quick installation scheduled which was the next day. On the day of installation, Joseph, James and Peter showed up on time and did an outstanding job installing our new Lenox furnace, AC, and OA Smith water heater. After the installation was complete, Joe did a final walk-through with us explaining what was done and making sure that we were satisfied with the installation. Gold Medal offers the best warranty: 10-year on parts and labor compared to 10-year parts + 5-year labor with other companies. It has been 5 days after installing and our new AC works amazing. Gold Medal and their service employees are great, highly recommended.

Ryan and Kyle were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very efficient and installed AC upgrade in a very reasonable amount of time. Everything seems to be working good. Install looks good and they did a good job on the cleanup. I would recommend them as serm to be good employees and very personable.

All too often companies only hear about bad service from their customers. I cannot say enough how happy we were with Gold Medal.

The installers were extremely professional and respectful of our property. They took the time to review the installed equipment including the new thermostat, the installation and use of the app.

I had two HVAC units installed. It was pretty fast from contract signing to the install. Install was quick and professional. I had an issue with moisture buildup in the vent pipe/flu that created a small water drip in the attic. Thankfully I caught it before it did any damage. This issue is unusual I am sure and not something I hold against Gold Medal. The time it took to get the issue inspected and finally repaired took more time than it should have but GM did come through. I would recommend GM Services.

We lost power for 6 hours to our home on 12/23, the temps were about 4, with a windchill of -14, we lost heat and water. Unfortunate for us, we had frozen pipes. When the pipes began to thaw they also split, causing water to go everywhere. Gold Medal sent their best man for the job. Jorge Rodriquez and his assistant were here all day on Wednesday 12/28, they were AMAZING. On time, communicative, respectful to our home and honest about what needed to be done. Took pictures throughout, many "before and after" to show the damage and even explain how and why. They worked HARD and were just so amazing. Thank you Jorge, you're the best!

In my experience, prompt service is essential, particularly when it comes to AC repair during sweltering heat. I had scheduled an appointment with this business for the very next day, a 4-hour window slot, and even turned down offers from two other available technicians to keep my commitment.

The following morning, two hours into my appointment window, I reached out to get an estimated time of arrival. I was then informed, without any prior notification, that I was on a waiting list. I found this to be a significant breach of trust as they didn't see it fit to communicate this change proactively.
Subsequently, I found myself braving a weekend without air conditioning. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to contact me later that afternoon, informing me that my appointment had been 'rescheduled'!
Before you consider availing of their services, I would highly advise perusing the one-star reviews both here and on Yelp. Based on my experience, this business lacks professional integrity and operational efficiency. I would recommend steering clear.

I used Gold Medal for my water heater install which was great and is still working as expected, but I wanted to provide update on a new steam boiler they installed for me.

The team was amazing!! Alberto, Xavier, and Jorge are great guys and answered any questions I had.

Steam boilers are am art form of maintenance and installation to ensure you get the efficiency and longevity from the boiler. We'll, just look at the pictures. There actually is more piping, but they tucked a lot of it behind the boiler, saving me a lot of floor space.

Alberto also tapped into my hot water line, so the boiler is never filled with cold water while it's hot, which can cause warping like a hot pan getting hot with cold water in your sink.

Now that it's on, I can hear the air flowing faster through and feel the house heat up faster too. There is no more knocking of pipes, only the sweet sound of heat, ha.

I'd definitely recommend this crew if you're u need a steam boiler to get the most out of your hard earned dollars.

Anthony was great from the start! First on his call letting me know he was on his way, he was professional and friendly.
Once he was at my residence he was also quite informative about problem I had, explained the issue and possible reasoning. Anthony advised me of the Titanium plan that I will definitely be signing up for soon.

BEWARE - Totally disgusted with the service on this visit and we have been loyal customers for many years at multiple properties owned - with many pieces of residential equipment still having substantial remaining warranties left with them.

I was misled by the technician who, when I had to leave the house for a pre arranged personal appointment - as he had not come at the scheduled arrival time and I was rushing to leave - he then took advantage of an old lady I had to leave in the house to allow the work to continue by charging her a lot more than he had advised would be the case - she had no idea she was being taken advantage of as she is a traditionally trusting old lady - but had I been able to be there, (which I would definitely have been if he arrived at the scheduled time) I would have called it out immediately.

I called Gold Medal to complain and get this resolved on my return home when I found out this happened and I was told a manager would call me back that afternoon and nobody ever did - totally DISGUSTED. !
Very disappointed after many happy years of good service from them.

Ramon did an outstanding job on my pillar lights outside, which required new lines and digging up part of a path. I was impressed not only with his electrical expertise but with his extreme care to execute the work in an aesthetically pleasing way. He was so nice to work with and I’m grateful for an excellent completion of a tricky job. Thank you Ramon!
