Alpine Refrigeration

To start, I usually don't leave reviews but Alpine deserves five stars so here it goes.
Had our heating unit replaced January 2023. They were prompt, professional and reasonable with price. I would definitely use them again & recommend to friends and family.

A good friend of mine, who is now retired, owned an HVAC business and recommended Alpine Refrigeration when I needed a new AC unit and furnace. They told me they wouldn’t go anywhere else to have an HVAC system installed. Art and his team were very responsive with quotes and scheduling and everyone in the office is very nice and professional. They did a really great job! I too would not go anywhere else and recommend Alpine Refrigeration.

I have used Alpine’s services twice now. First to fix my air conditioner that was installed by another company and needed another part to cool the entire house properly. Second to fix my heating system. Alpine was very professional, showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem on the first visit. Highly recommend.

I had Brian Wislock come out to my house for a charge issue on my AC, he was fantastic, talked me through every step of the way as he was diagnosing and didn’t try to oversell me on a repair when adding refrigerant was all that was needed to get me through this season. Great overall experience with this company and service call.

The team at Alpine did a great job and gave a good price on replacing my central air unit. Called them after PSE&G so-called "worry free" refused to replace my AC unit without a replacement of the heating unit underneath it that worked perfectly well. Alpine gave me a very good price on an overstock AC unit and did a neat, no-fuss installation by their own crew. Could not ask for more.

Avoid this company. They don't really care about fixing your AC. Larry came to our house after I left a message on their line. He was very confident that the AC problem was due to a fuse, but he didn't carry any fuse with him. My husband was going to home depot so he said he can pick it up. I confirmed with Larry if it's not the fuse problem we shall not pay for anything because it is not the right diagnosis. He said he was 100% sure it was the fuse problem. It turns out it's not the fuse problem. Even for a wrong diagnosis (without a report), they still want to charge $145+ tax, without even notifying me at the first place.

I have been using Alpine Heating and Cooling for over 30 years. Their service is always outstanding. Brian is an amazing technician. His personality and experience are exceptional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and explained the solution. The furnace was up and running in no time.

I contracted Alpine Refrigeration to install a humidifier. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, personable and explained everything to me. Troy installed the humidifier and did a very professional job. He located the best place to place it. I am pleased with Alpine that I took 3 service contracts with them to service my heating and air conditioning system, my new humidifier and my tankless water tank. Thanks again and I highly recommend them.

Troy Blash from Alpine did my whole house humidifier installation. Excellent job, clean, true professional. Troy had a great attitude and answered any questions I had. From my experience I would absolutely recommend Alpine to anyone.
