Carlos and his team did a great job all the way around installing a new hvac system. He showed up on time and did clean work. Took all garbage away. His prices were fair and a good value. Carlos hooked up some items in my attic when he was up there that most contractors would have left and said “not my problem “ Prices were fair and he explained everything. Other contractors did not. Carlos is honest and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him on a small or big job!

My air conditioner unit went bad in the middle of the heatwave. Carlos came and assessed the condition of the entire unit which it is air conditioner in the summer and heating system for winter. Since the AC needed immediate replacement and the furnace looked kind of old and weak, I asked him to replace the furnace as well. He and his team got the units and within two days I had the entire new units working. His price is reasonable and uses good material. I had already tried two more companies that told me I had to wait a week because they were too busy. Another thing, his employees are very respectful, work diligently, and on time. Carlos works and supervises the job very closely. They are bilingual. (Se los recomiendo sin reservas ninguna. Si eres hispano y necesitas que te expliquen en espanol tratalos, no te arrepentiras!)

About two weeks ago I was left without any heat in the middle of the winter. The HVAC system was 30 years old and I was told that nobody is able to fix it, so I decided to just change it completely. Went on Home Advisor and requested quotes. After a full day of meeting interesting people and receiving quotes, I was unable to make a decision. Second day, after a night of 32 F in the house trying to stay warm with spot heaters, I was ready to pay anything to just get it fixed or changed. It was than when I spoke to one of my friends and he told me to reach out to a guy that might be able to help. I already had 5 quotes (all over 14K for mid range systems), but I decided to give it a shot. That was when I reached out to Carlos, he came out, fixed my old system, and recommended to change the system as it was from 1989. We sat down and looked at his offer, he was offering top line high efficiency systems (Trane) with all bells and whistles (from a smart thermostat to humidifier and all new pipes) for considerable lower than the rest. I was shocked and still skeptic, but he was coming highly recommended by my fried. Since he already had fixed my old furnace, I did not need anything fast so I went with him. Two days later he came back with the system and the fist day the new furnace was installed, than the second day the AC unit. they were very clean (if they would finish one area they would immediately sweep) and respectful. I had really great experience, received a fair price and professional work. Many people said to me: "yes but you cannot trust a fly by night company because they will be out of business any day so any warranty they offer will be void ". I spoke to Carlos and he's been in busyness for 17 years and he never needed to do any marketing, he just goes by word of mouth and he get plenty of referrals to keep him busy. He also offered me the standard 10 manufacturer warranty + 2 year on labor. All being said, I got more than I ever wanted to get for a great price. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Carlos has been providing central air conditioning services for my >100 year old home for several years to my complete satisfaction. He and his crew recently replaced one of two systems (the other he replaced two years ago) in a totally professional manner taking care to keep the workspaces clean and landscape unblemished throughout demolition and installation of new equipment. All work was neatly installed. All old equipment, packing materials and other miscellaneous discards were removed from my property. Carlos arrived on schedule and the job was completed in one workday. The system performs flawlessly. In each instance, Carlos’ pricing has been fair and reasonable. Carlos was very responsive to my heating issue. With his knowledge, we decided on the products to be installed. Within a day I had a complete heating and air conditioning system relaced.
