I contacted the company yesterday and they came to my home this morning. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. And the cost was less than I expected. I highly recommend NJ Air Pros and have already recommended them to three of my friends.

In July, I came home from a trip to a nonworking air conditioner. NJ Air Pros technician was able to come the next business day, find the problem, repair it, and restore the cool temperature in my house. The company is responsive, attentive, and reliable.

It was a pleasure to work with NJ Air Pros, specifically Jigar and Lamia. We had an 18 year old Trane furnace that had begun to succumb to age and wear. We received estimates from other local and state-wide HVAC companies; however, those tech's did not appear sufficiently knowledgeable. Finally we got Jigar in to have a look. He was incredibly professional and seemed to have a more complete knowledge of the issue and plan to replace the furnace. At no point did it feel like a "sales call." Jigar and the team at NJ Air Pros were incredibly professional and flexible, helping my hysband and I find the right brand and setup that we were comfortable with for a reasonable price point.
