I had trouble with my mini split AC leaking refrigerant. I had difficulties in the past with people even answering the phone but not with Alpine. Mike was very thorough in identification of the source of the problem and repair. He went above and beyond what we initially agreed upon was the scope of work. Called Alpine and a man by the name of Mike came out that same day when it was 100 out!! He got my AC back up and working in no time and I thank him for that because having a newborn and dealing with this heat is no joke!! Alpine is very reasonable and professional.
