I live across the street from the factory and they keep driving their big rigs all the way up our PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. No respect for our property. Documented drivers with footage damaging our property.

Just like the other reviews. Docks are a little tight and it’s tricky to get to this place. I didn’t see directions from I287 so this is how I got to this place with no problems.

For the drivers coming from I 287 ( Tappan Zee)
1 after the bridge take exit 12 rt 303s eventually turns into rt 505 (6 miles)
2 continue on rt 505 (3 miles)
3 make a left on blanch st
4 right on west st
5 left on railroad ave its the first commercial building to your right.

The time a came to pick up blanch st was closed. So just follow the road until you see
6Harrington Ave and make a left.
7Left on Closter Dock rd
8 Left on railroad ave.

Very bad unloading dock is the worst for tractors trailers especially flatbed very tide and very very dark good luck trying to back in when it's sunny out plus it's downhill dock watch out not to hit rear bumper or landing gear... 👎👎

The place is horrible for semi trucks their yard is tight with trash all over the place theirs screws nail, and sharp objects all over i wouldn't bring my semi back there

We have been doing business with Elgen for a long time now and their products and services just keep getting better 👍
