Had such a great experience working with the ladies (Anne & someone else - sorry I forgot the name) who answer the phones as well as the techs who came by to help with our heat (Dante and Chris). Everyone is super helpful and incredibly pleasant. Prices also reasonable compared to other companies.

Pretty ridiculous. Jack Dolan & Sons charges a "service call charge" even for estimates. I called them to about finding out how much some wiring would cost. Someone would have to come out. OKAY. I knew my heater is going how much would it cost to fix? Someone would have to come out. Long story short two guys some give me a small write up with recommendations with NO ESTIMATES but charged me 89.95. STAY AWAY FROM JACK DOLAN AND SONS.

Receptionist needs to learn some customer service skills.

Timely response. 79 + tax to come out and assess problem no matter how small.

My leaking toilet was expertly repaire by resetting the wax seal and replacing the gasket between the tank and the bowl. The technicians cleaned up after the repair.

We had Dolan out 3 times for various plumbing problems/leaks. They never figured any one of them out, only gave guesses about what was going on. Other plumbers figured out the problems right away. Dolan is very poor at plumbing repair, I won't use them again.

Excellent work. The plumbers were on time, professional, and responsive to questions. The job was somewhat more difficult than they had anticipated and they dealt with it well.
