The day of the first snowstorm of the year, our oil heat furnace finally died on us. It was extremely old! It was the perfect opportunity to convert from oil to gas heat as my wife and I has been talking about doing. I learned about NJ Home Energy Solutions from a friend of a friend. We needed a reliable company who knew what they were doing, would do exceptional work and be fairly priced. Wayne and his team were professional, proved to be highly skilled, were prompt and managed all the permit submission and approval work required to get the job done. Through them, we purchased a new furnace, had the conversion from oil to gas heat completed and replaced our 11+ year-old water heater.

The job took less than a week and to help keep us warm while they did the job, NJ Home Energy Solutions provided us with free space heaters to place throughout the house. Wayne and his team were great! The new system is running smoothly!

We had a great experience with Wayne and his crew .... Converted from Oil to gas, & added insulation to out walls and attic. Efficient, total cost was exactly what we expected, and our old house gets warmer faster, and stays warm! Added bonus: with the removal of the oil tank from our basement, we were able to finish the basement, and add another living space to the house. Would definitely recommend NJHES!

Wayne and his team are very knowledgable about the products they sell and perfectionists when it comes to installing them. The work was done on time and in budget. In spite of how much work goes into putting in whole house air-conditioning, the work was not intrusive and the crew cleaned up every day. And the product works as promised--it's quiet, efficient and wonderfully cooling. Wayne also knows if there are any ways to save money--by insulating the house and replacing inefficient AC units with a very efficient AC unit, he helped me secure a no interest loan for a chunk of the cost.

NJHES replaced 2 forced air heating units, 2 ACs, 1 high efficiency water heater, sump pump, minor hvac redesign and performed insulation of our house. I like to do my research and compared 5 vendors before selecting NJHES. From a pricing standpoint they were in the middle of the range of the estimates. What made NJHES standout was the level of professionalism, responsiveness and HVAC knowledge.

During the project of this size there were some complications, but NJHES was always there to explain my options, answer all my questions and recommend practical / cost effective solutions. The installation team was as professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy as the sales team. They were always on time, cleaned up after work and pleasant.

I am very happy with the job that NJHES has performed. I waited 6 months to write this reviewas I I wanted the equipment to "burn in" and see how NJHES follow up care is. So far so good!
